Do a PubMed or Google Scholar lookup before you buy, no relevant studies. Google ALCAT reproducible results and there is many articles saying that sending in the same blood sample on the same day gives different results. Finally, call and ask to speak to their scientific director, Dr. Celeda, and you'll find out he's has not worked there for over a year !! Their scientific/technical adviser is a nutritionist who will try and sell you a test !! Their "scientific" blood test is being featured on a PBS travel food show. What a joke !!!

I would like to share that I am a Public School Educator in the Health Sciences, and a Licensed Registered Nurse; my review is therefore objective and authentic. I have lived ONLY on the foods from my green-list for just under 2 months. Joint pain--95% gone. Depression--75% gone. Fibromyalgia--50% gone. Energy, mood, and overall attitude--significantly improved! Service has been A+ for me, from Customer Service, Nutritional Guidance & Support, to the comprehensive literature. While everyone's health status and food sensitivities are different, I highly recommend ALCAT testing; I've deleted the word hopeless from my vocabulary.

They provided detailed results, but were not available to explain any questions related to the basis behind some of their tests. Without understanding some key questions it is impossible to properly apply the results in certain categories.
the alcat test was very simple, and my results came back so quickly. I got an inside look at my gluten allergy, and their nutritionist counseling service helped me plan out a healthier diet, that will hopefully help me lose some weight. I'm making my husband go take the alcat test as soon as possible!
