My mount was deemed a dud straight out of the box during this pandemic. Celestron, Quickly told me to send it back once received they worked on it the same day and all repairs were done and shipped back right away! I love this company. As far as the other folks there a staff of 200 employees. Their closed on Sundays and there working overtime to deal with over 1,000 calls that come in from all over the world. They personally called me on a Sunday to fix two of my other tickets. On hold for 40 minutes is nothing, I was on hold for 4 hours. Sometimes they couldn't get back to my call the same day. So this 5-star review is not fake! (in response to Trenton's 1 star review) It's hard breaking when we received things that don't function as they should but rest assure there Customer Service is 5 stars in my book! Thanks Elena for all your help and professionalism towards me during this pandemic.
