Celebration Suites at Old Town Review

Quiet and familiar place near the Disney parks and close to several shopping centers, it is ideal to spend a few days ..
The cleaning service leaves much to be desired, I suggest they improve that aspect of the daily cleaning of the rooms.

The location is rather mundane. Just lots of fatty foods nearby, but i guess that's just the states. Limited contact with staff, but they are seemingly helpful

Nice place to stay. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but the rooms are clean and nice. TV picture is terrible but we didn't watch much anyway. Hotel is pretty spread out and it's easy to get lost, but the desk provides a map.

It is a comfortable, safe, clean hotel that also offers kitchen utensils and stove
Its rooms are comfortable and super spacious.
And as an extra they offer free transportation to the amusement parks.

No complaints at all. Many will complain about slight physical features, but I myself have had no issues. Staff is welcoming and cleaning crew is on point. Close to a lot of things. Definitely would use them again.

Booked And Paid Online 3days ago in preparation for the hurricane. Arrived for early check in athe 1130am. Early check in is at 12pm. I've been standing in line to check in for over 40min. Now hurricane Matthew is supposed to arrive at 3pm. The hotel knew way ahead of time they were at full capacity with no rooms available, yet still only have 3 that's right 3 hotel workers working to check people in. Common sense would tell this hotel that if your at full capacity hours before a hurricane arrives you would have a full desk of workers to check people in. So far im disgusted with this place. Also, no airconditioning in the check in lobby either. Full of guests and over 90 degrees in here. If I hadn't already paid I would leave aND ride the storm out in my car.

Great Location. However, precarious physical structure. Acceptable reception at the reception and with Portuguese speaking staff. If you are looking for a sleep-only hotel with a more affordable price, I recommend yes.

Nicely set out spacious holiday apartments. But everything is rather outdated and tired - although all in perfect working order.

Clean, good for the price, good location, walking distance to restaurants.

This doesnt even deserve one star. I regret not paying the extra money for a more nicer place. I expected it to be outdated and worn but not finding the filth and disgust that I did find. Not only did I find trash and dirty floors but I found stains on the sheets as well as hair everywhere with a stench coming from the sheets. I was at a loss for words. It took more than 2 hours to get the situation rectified. As I stand here at 12:00 AM (we checked at 10:00PM) watching a staff member clean and change the bed I just completely disgusted. I wanted to stay here for the location but never again. The health department should come check this place out.

This place is disgusting. I don't know where they got the pictures posted on their website from. The rooms are severely outdated and filthy. Customer service is a joke! The so called shuttle bus to Disney is the regular city bus. I believe this place is really an extended stay motel. The best thing about this place was leaving it; we checked out a day early. Never again! This place is a scam and so are the 4 star reviews! I had to give 1 star just so I could post this.

Great stay and reasonable rates! I had a great time in Orlando and this hotel made it easy to have a great stay. My family loved the pools and it was close to Disney.

Hotel very comfortable to arrive with family, furnished and with everything you need to not miss our food as they give you everything to prepare. Very good service for tourists, apart from English they speak Spanish. The reception fulfills its functions. Service provided messaging is excellent.

I did not like it, dirty rooms, noisy air conditioning, when it worked, we had to call maintenance several times and still ran out of the baby carriage wheels I bought.

Good value, the first night they gave us a room on the first floor with too many people passing by to the ammusement park Oldtown, we asked for another room and they gave us one on a second floor, excellent, staff was ok, everyone was Brazilian, sorry I don't speak Portuguese, only English and Spanish.

A little too plain for me but what makes it good is it's close proximity to Old Town and the Flea Market.

We've stayed twice and enjoyed it. Pretty simple, but all clean. The hotel was able to withstand the passage of Hurricane Irma and we were well advised on how to proceed during the passage of it.

The rooms were okay clean, the room phone didn't work, and the shower faucet was coming out of the wall. I can also hear neighbors next door. Also, people partying in courtyard. Called the front desk told them, and then asked me again what my problem was. Still after 30 minutes @ 12:30 in the morning I can still hear them. So frustrating when you have to get up early the next day! We will definitely not be coming back!

This place was nice and clean and Comfortable. I recommend anyone if you plan your vacation for Orlando you can choose Celebration Suite for your stay.

Fairly priced, luxury accommodation, great location, close to fast foods, close to Disney parks, walmart, outlets ... Cleanliness ok, service ok, accommodation ok ... I had no problem and would highly recommend, would stay again without doubts. The famous steam shower is real, but not to be missed, you can take a quiet shower, including washing your hair without problems recommend!

It's the second time I was staying. This time I had a room in block M that was a little older than the other room that I stayed in block A. The room was very complete but needed a little maintenance in regards to the armchairs and to improve the lighting. Anyway, what super super recommend. Impeccable cleanliness as always. I would go back a thousand times.

I just returned from Orlando and stayed for the second time at Celebration Suites. The cost-benefit ratio is great and you still have room cleaning (with a change of towels daily), attentive staff and large rooms with living room and full kitchen.

Very disappointed! Gave away our suite the first night because our arrival was delayed. The small room was deplorable probably just used as overflow. Needs to be completely renovated. Finally got into our room late next day. Suite spacious and much nicer but cleaning staff need training. Poorly kept up. Only convenience is close to parks. Free breakfast is 5 dollars! We didn't use.

Loved our second vacation there. This time we stayed 2 weeks. Plenty of time for relaxing by the pool and not feeling rushed to do Disney or Universal. Plenty of resturants within walking distance. Olde Town is right next door. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Maid service is fantasic. Hopefully next year we will stay there again!!

Celebration suites is an amazing place to stay, it's close to all theme parks, we can literally walk across the parking lot to old town USA. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the customer service is great. We bring the kids here every few months for a little stay they love it

Nice area with a lot of attractions. Hotel provides spacious and clean rooms. Great for the whole family.

Spacious apartments, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Perfect for families. The hotel also has laundry facilities, basketball court, snack and drink machines and swimming pool.

Great value for money. Good apartments, renovated and with a great location.

Next to the hotel there is a coffee shop really good...

Very good location. The place is just OK, but the price is good and accepting dogs is a plus.
The toilet clogged twice and the electrical socket in the bedroom didn t work.
Good for low budget and big families.

The hotel met our need very well. We are in a group of 6 people and all well accommodated. We had no problem with shower and we are in a room without carpet. Parking is free, they charge 15 dollars to receive up to 10 packages. The room has a safe.

Very rude personnel. They did not treat us with respect or dignity. I would never stay there again.

Attendants solicited and rooms clean and organized.

Already better ... it seems that the maintenance is not up to date .... tired accommodations.

It's a nice hotel to stay at if you have a small family

Excellent hotel suite, on seven different occasions visiting Kissimmee and I have never booked anywhere else. In this place to vacation you find everything you need. Next door located in Old Town where with your family you will enjoy recreation, shopping, fun, entertainment, meals, etc.

Terrible. Cockroaches are in our kitchen. When asked for a manager, she was on a 30 minute break. Last night. She still hasnt returned a call. $900 and were stuck with an infestation and no room service today?! They will not compensate. 50 phone calls and they all go to voicemail. Ive been to the office twice. Ruined my vacation. All we wanted was to be comfortable! Im itchy. And we have no towels since noone has been here...

The hotel is well located, the facilities are good, but the cleanliness, beds and the reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. The tourist does not know the city and hopes that the reception will treat him with charisma and give him truthful information. Owners change or instruct the staff.

Rooms are clean and room service is good, but the service is poor, I bought through the cvc and asked for the late check out due to the flight schedule, which told me that it had no problems. I paid everything in advance + $ 125 deposit and on the last day I advised the maid again that I would leave between 5hp.m. and 6hp.m. but they still locked my room with my luggage inside while I went shopping, went to the reception (which is far from the room) 3x with my baby in the lap ask to unlock, which took 1 hour, the attendants said they were not aware of late checkout. I found a lot of disrespect, in that I was late to return the car and almost missed the flight, totally apathetic attendants, especially the lady with glasses, with ill will, the only one who showed empathy and tried to be agile was a blonde girl who answered me at final

I love this hotel, all the rooms are suites with a least 1 bedroom. Kitchen and living room, easily can hold 6 people. And is next to a nice fair with a lot of cool stuffs

Before you do or ask for anything, as simple as it may sound, ask for the price so you will not be scared later, because they will not stop charging you even if you do not know the rules of the hotel! #icaadica
