Celebration Suites at Old Town Review

Place looks like a dump, but the room was actually ok for the price. Two couples or a family of 4 can stay comfortably for a week.

Excellent location. Very close to the Disney parks. The rooms are complete and include a fully equipped kitchen. Hygiene is very good and all the staff too! I went several times and everything was always very good. They have several pools, since the complex is divided into several sectors. Lindero is Old town that is a nice place. Near the hotel there is a lot to see and many cafes and restaurants. Super recommendable !!!

It is a very comfortable hotel with all the comforts, they are apartments with spacious rooms and super well equipped. All services laundry, gym, games room, breakfast (optional), transfer to all parks and outlet and swimming pool. To spend an excellent stay at a good price.

I went in April 2019. It is very well located, close to the parks. They have free transport service to the parks, only we did not use it because we wanted to leave earlier and later, than the hours offered. The hotel is a bit old, but it fulfills the functions very well. It has laundry service, and right there they sell detergent in case you do not have it. If you receive a package, they charge you $ 15 (if you are more than 11 they charge you $ 25 and more than 20 packages are $ 25). There were 3 situations that we did not like about here. 1) The person who attended us at check-in, zero helpful and even as a bad mood. 2) The safe was not used. 3) During the time we were there, they only did the cleaning service once, and it was a super fast overnight. We arrived the first day, and they had not. The next day at the reception I asked and they told me that they already took note. We arrived the second day and they still did not do the service. We went to the reception and they told us that they only did it if you were there in the room (which they did not mention the first time we reported it), then that day in the night they sent someone to take the trash out of the boats, change Towels and sweep and mop the bathroom and kitchen quickly. Despite this, I think if I would stay here, for the price and location.

Room was great!!!!! Clean!!! Furniture was outdated but who cares when you are only there for a week. Great value.We were in section N. Front desk was very courteous. Check in was quick. We got there 11pm. We were 3 adults and 3 kids...3, 6 and 9. Hotel is close to lots of stores and restaurants. Will stay there again!!!!

We vacation with a lot of people. And by a lot, I mean, we have 12 people. So when we found these hotel rooms, it was an absolute God send, they're in the perfect location to walk to the nearby shops, and they are huuuuge! If we had to rent a room anywhere else for this crows we would be looking at the thousands for a week. The prices here are perfect for vacationers without breaking the bank! The rooms are beautiful as well, and they are always clean!

For a trip to Orlando the best place to stay is the Celebration, close to the parks, varied restaurants near the hotel, employee proactive and willing to help.

The location is excellent and space in the room is great. But the Tv and phone doesn't work, the room had a strong odor. And furniture is vert old and tearing.

If I could rate lower, I would. Had 5 front desk clerks when I arrived. I was 2nd in line - it took 30 minutes to check in. We were lied to about adding an additional night and then they were rude as well. Worst hotel in my 40 years of professional travel. Never again!

This place is disgusting. Awful smell, rude staff, place has not been cleaned since forever. Do NO stay here. They trick you into thinking it's not pricy, and then charge you $270 in surprise fees. What an honestly disgusting place, stay only if you don't mind sleeping in smelly cat peed sheets.

Celebration Inn & Suites at Old Town was awesome! From check in to check out. We thought for the price of what was offered we would end up in a not so great area with a broken down room.

We were wrong, the area is really nice and very convenient to Disney, restaurants, grocery stores, etc...
The rooms are huge with with full living room, kitchen, bathroom, and even the bedroom has its own patio/balcony. It is located next to Old Town which is always a fun time.

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint I have is that it is so popular it is hard to get a room!

For the price, this place is hard to beat. All of the units are suites, as the name would suggest. Much like a condo unit, with full kitchens and living rooms. They have one, two, and three bedroom units. The units also have a sofa couch and Murphy bed, so you can sleep 4-6 in the one bedrooms, obviously more in the multi-bedroom units. The place was clean which is always a question about places in this price range. The only real issue is the place is aged, it's just dated. There are also very few activities on-property. But if you're primarily going for off-property amenities (like Disney World) that won't matter much. The check-in process was also a bit slow. Generally if you don't plan to stay at the hotel much, this place is going to be a top recommendation in the area. The price is inline with typical budget motels, but the rooms are sized at a resort level.

Basic hotel, nothing fancy, left to be desired by the lighting of the room and by the furniture being dark, and the laundry that was not working, next to the Block I stayed, block S, no more!

Rooms were decent for the price. Good location close to alot of attractions, food and right next to an amusement park! Nice amenities and service was great!

Could be better. The rooms are big, but could have better furnitures, and have better electronic, like LCD Tv, a cable tv, etc. The air conditioner need to be replaced or changed by a silent one. With little improvements this hotel can be much better, because the price is to expensive in comparison with others hotel that have much better accommodations. The parking lot is good. The localization is good. The clean is good.

Suites are huge. A little dated, but huge and clean.

They charged me for a TV that was damaged when I entered the room, the Vanesa manager blamed me for the damage unfairly also made me an extra charge of the Sunni concentration card for a damaged electronic

I came over here for my mom's friend's daughter's birthday and it was a great stay, however I couldn't log in to the internet no matter how much I tried. Other than that, everything else was beautiful, the view was great, the beds are comfy, and it was near Universal Studios.

Close to everything and the parks, nice and clean. Always stay here on every visit

It is very nice, the service is very good and the rooms spacious.

Good always recommended but this time since I arrived I did not stop having problems first I arrived and they made me go 4 times to the reception to change the key until they changed the battery of the door. They didn't give me the room I asked for more than 2 months ago after the balcony lock was not
And finally 3 days ago that I am and trying to remove my packages and I can not find anyone in the pie says a sign delivered 24 hours and just go to reception and they tell me that they are not authorized to go to look for packages I take a very big disappointment with the celbration a shame

Excellent location, service and right next door is Old Town perfect to go out and have fun for a while.

This place was perfect for my family. Enough space. Clean. We loved having the kitchenette too.

Room was good but had an issue with the key and took 40 min to get help which delayed me from going to animal kingdom

Undoubtedly I would choose them again, for price and comfort, spacious rooms, good wifi, cleanliness and order, excellent place close to everything. I recommend it without hesitation

Very bad experience They began to remodel several rooms in my sector without previous notice. A lot of noise and debris flying from the top floor. No one came close to solving the problem. Before my claim they offered me a room in worse conditions than mine. And they demanded the move in a schedule that lost part of what was planned. I do not recommend it. Beyond being all very basic zero attention to the guest I never return to this hotel.

It's a convenient spot of you want to skip over to old town. Rooms are a bit dated. But you get what you pay for

Good place for families is fine. Price quality ratio. It is good The passage of time is inevitable. But they make very good efforts to preserve it. They do daily cleaning. There is a fridge. Stove and microwave. Domestic messages. The location is excellent very close to everything. Congratulations

We had so much fun staying here. We got the family suite that had like 5 beds (maybe more). It was very convenient, and met our needs while exceeding our expectations.

Big suite. Wifi and hot water works great. Room AC could work better. The one in family rooms was ok.
Refrigerator and stove were super convenient for prepare light meals.
Large parking area.
Recomended.

Excellent hotel Just to go as a family. It is the best option to be in Orlando because it is economical and allows you to rest peacefully. It has a well equipped kitchen where you can prepare your food, refrigerator and microwave oven.
It has several restaurants and chain stores nearby.

Something old, but excellent service, and cleanliness.

This hotel suite fit my needs perfectly. The whole inside of the suite was clean. I paid around 70$ for a suite with 5 beds. There was a mini-kitchen and dining room. The front desk staff was friendly.
The only negative was outside the suite. There was broken beer bottles and it seemed to be half-way under construction.
Again, INSIDE the suite was perfect!

I stayed at this hotel for a while with 7 friends and it is highly recommended. The area is ideal to go to the parks without paying so much money within these, by car in 15 minutes you are in any of the parks, they also have a bus service that takes you. The room is huge, super comfortable and clean. Next to the hotel there is a very nice amusement park, the nights that we returned early we spent there and we scored many points. I do not give more stars because, like almost all cheap hotels, the wifi service is nil / payment and expensive. The kind attention, my friends who do not speak English went to make consultations and always helped to be understood. I would definitely go again.

The attention was good, at the reception they speak Spanish, Portuguese and English. The location is barbaric. Large room with 2 beds. 2 tv's, one in the room and one in the living room.

The rooms are big clean room the pool is pretty big we stayed in front of the pool and there s a lot of restaurants and also different places near the hotel.

It has the necessary comfort, without luxury. Close to Disney Parks and Universal Studios. Prices are adequate.

Good rooms but the pool definitely needs its chlorine levels checked, they are definitely not watching it.

A well located place. Many shops nearby, a fair that opens every day, flea market in front ... many fast foods. A clean, comfortable place with lots of space. Kitchen, dining room etc. I loved it!

This is a reasonable hotel @ a reasonable price. However the management of this business has some to be desired. We made reservations via Orbitz and had to change them due to a hurricane. We attempted to change them is Orbitz but were required to change them through the hotel. We called the number in the email we received for 3days prior to our arrival and even emailed daily. We never received a call back and on one email response. They told us to call a different # and still no answer.

I resorted to reserving a second weekend and pulling a no show. I was charged for the one night and I figured I would resolve it when I arrived. However, the staff at check was not to competent on resolving the issue. They were super friendly but only knew how to check folks in and mismanaged seemed to be on duty. So I had to contact my CC company and dispute the charge.

The location is convient to the parks (10-15 min) and other attractions. Overall I was pleased with the facility and amenities. They do have a coffee shop on location with some small dishes.

We had a 2 bedroom sweet with a full kitchen. It slept 10 and was reasonable updated. They were in the process of remodeling and the new rooms appear to be much better.

We will likley stay again but I am leery of the management ability to resolve any issues that might arise. So buyer beware and have the ability to loose one nights rent if your dates change!

Excellent cleaning attention, very comfortable and better location

Hotel good for family, own full kitchen, living room and large rooms.

We were in a very spacious and comfortable apartment for 5 people that we got very cheap. The pool is good, with chairs and towels.
The complex is very large, if you do not go by car it is a bit uncomfortable because the rooms are far from the reception and from the street. There are free carports but they do not have a roof or shade.
For shopping next door is old town and a few blocks away there are several supermarkets.

We stayed during the winter holidays and the rooms were clean, quiet and very spacious. Shops centrally located. Very convenient to Disney. I would stay again. maybe next year I can try the Slingshot with the wife.

Excellent hotel! Attendance, infrastructure, organization are to be congratulated! Just a note to improve breakfast options.

The hotel is 3 * but as such is very good both by the locale (neighbor of the Old Town with its restaurants, pharmacy, amusement park, etc ...) as well as by the size and facilities of the apts that accommodate entire families with full kitchen and living room separate from the rooms. And the best: with great prices!

In truth, I give everything a very good review except for the people who work in this hotel who may have a bad face when you arrive, especially those at the reception because the maintenance people are very good people, with great hearts.
