AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. I worked as a claims handler in Funtington last year. Training did not adequately prepare you for the floor. AT ALL.. The team manager was bullying and intimidating The HR head was incompetent and The process for 'monitoring & feedback' was heavy handed and disproportionate. They had no respect for my declared mental health issues from which I still suffer. I am considering legal advice

Fast and effective. Kept me updated throughout. Signed of on all the paper work promptly. Really helpful staff at hand 24/7. Made me feel like I was at my local hospital when abroad. Did not have to worry at all about the payments. Can't thank them enough. Would recommend them to everyone for travel insurence.

After injuring myself in Turkey resulting in emergency surgery I cannot thank them enough
Finding myself injured and vulnerable they stepped in and looked after me all the way
They covered all costs including my hospital drugs and returned us from our door in Bodrum to my home door in Hull
But they did more they were a friendly reassuring voice ringing me daily
I can never thank them enough
Highly recommend that if god forbid you have to claim them these are the guys who look after you Big shout out to Matt and Lauren you are my angels

Excellent service. This company helped my husband and myself after I had a fall on Mallorca. The hospital treatment was very good and they got us home from hotel to our front door with great care and consideration. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you. Especially Katherine.

CEGA started out seeming like they might be ok. First few contacts were pleasant as they "gathered their information" and the customer service was ok. It turns out that might have just been one person, who I never heard from again (she probably got fired for being nice).



After loads more pestering by me over several weeks, they decide that my policy should never have been accepted (again for nonsense reasons) and write to me telling me I'll get a full refund on my policy (so they know they're in the wrong, but still refuse to pay the costs they owe me). But do they actually process that refund? Of course not. They never sent me a penny, and since then have stoically ignored every attempt to communicate with them. This company isn't just bad, it's criminal.

I had a bad fall whilst away on holiday in Mexico and I can t praise the team at CEGA Assistance highly enough. Once I had made contact with them after the accident they took care of all our alternative travel arrangements as my leg needed to be elevated and the airline we had used could not accommodate this. They arranged suitable airport transfers both in Mexico and the UK and got me back comfortably. Once I returned, I submitted all the medical expenses incurred due to my accident and these were settled very promptly. Thank you.

This company were outstanding in helping myself an...

This company were outstanding in helping myself and husband when he had a cardiac arrest due to pneumonia in Malta, Katherine the advisor rang me practically everyday whilst my husband was in intensive care.
I was offered full support, and Katherine was more like a friend than an insurance advisor, I cannot thank her enough, and once he was discharged from hospital they sent a doctor over (Peter, a fab gentleman and doctor) who accompanied us on the flight, we had door to door support, once home Peter checked my husband over before leaving.
We must also thank Ellie who has been a gem after getting home, but all in all we must thank all the staff involved, who made a traumatic experience that little bit easier by taking all the worry of "What happens next" away from us.
I can honestly say this company are the best and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you, highly recommended.
