Very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. They even provided candles and matches for our birthday cake!

Love coming here with the kids, huge place and lots of games. We went on a weekday and it was still packed. Not only can a kid be a kid here...adults like playing too

Miss the old days with the original characters on stage! Had to stop by since it was opened and our little ones had such a blast! Came here during the week so it was calm and around 4pm more people started showing up. Clean place and tables. During my three hours there I saw a couple employees going over the games to sanitize them and there's plenty of sanitizing stations all over and plenty of tables to be distant from others. It's also cool that now it's all on a play card and no more coins like in the old days, also a good 90% of the games were operating.

I love this chuck e cheese this one has two floors many different games that the other chuck e cheese on the second floor their are arcade games also their is claw machines where you are able to win tickets.

Disappointed every other machine was out of order or wouldn't accept the cards or froze we paid almost 200 dollars and .it wasn't worth it at all feel like we hot ripped off. I was hyping my 5 year old up about how fun this place was when I was little. She was stoked . daughters firzt time getting to experience chuck e cheese was let down

This place is amazing. Not just because it is a 2 story Chuck E Cheese. It has so many games I love. First time in any Chuck E Cheese that my spouse and I were playing as much as our 5 and 8 year old. Also food fresh and perfect. This place is spic and span clean and the employees are top tier. If you are ever in San Jose the stop is worth it. General Manager runs a great ship kuddos.

I brought my baby to this place and a girl' name Cynthia was so..rude I had my vaccination and I wasnt going in anyway but...she was so..rude stilll

This is the largest Chuck e cheese with many fun games. Both kids and adults can find something fun to play here.

Very clean, the workers were sanitizing everything. My daughter is a pre teen but we had a great time remembering and playing again (we would have Birthdays here). Everyone had masks, we are so happy it's re opened. I'm a teacher so I'm very vigilant on clean places where kids can enjoy and have fun. Really low amount of kids. This place was packed when my kids were smaller much different as before. Ait of parking, that used to never happen. Good personal pizza that we shared.
