We have had many sit down conversations and they have been able to point out several points in our coverage where we had holes and I feel super comfortable with these guys. The sales team lies to other potential customers claiming that they are using a another local business "by name" that doesn't use their insurance products. I could never use a insurance company that lies to get business. Totally unethical business practices and very unprofessional. Some people like to sell their soul with no integrity.
