Mold, hidden fees, overall cheap service for overpriced apartments. Shady is the best word for it.

Cayo Grande Apartment is a very pleasant and peaceful place to live. The Office Staff are always very nice and helpful. The Maintenance Crew are very knowledgeable and always have broken appliances fixed in a timely manner. Excellent Crew overall.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff in both office and maintenance. Maintenance is always very quick to respond to calls. Lots of trees and shrubbery. Very pleasant. I have lived here for 9 years.

Move here if you like problems and wasting money. Warping cabinets, stained carpets, busted dishwasher /refrigerator and washer and dryer. 5 complaints now in dishwasher...they like to tie over actual problems. Paying the same as the newly renovated apartments. Let s not forget.. don t leave a dog poop bag on your porch..that s another $25 for them.

Avoid if you can. I was looking for a quick place to live, and Cayo Grande seemed like a perfect place to stay while looking for a new place. Wow, there were so many things wrong with the apartment, but the biggest one was MOLD! It was so much effort to get it repaired, I felt like they didn't believe me until I showed them pictures of it growing on the wall. During my year there, the following things had to be REPLACED, not repaired: air conditioner, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, lower portion of living room wall (mold), toilet tank plumbing, sink stops, and flooring in the bathroom. Every one of these came with challenges, justifications and waiting.

Then I got new neighbors above me, and oh my god it was crazy loud stomping and running. I am not kidding it was crazy.

They raised the rent, they will probably do it every year, so prepare for that.

Finally, when I left and we were settling the deposit, they charged me for damage to the blinds. The maintenance man did that, I watched him do it. When I challenged the claim, they disagreed and I still have not seen my refund.

Believe what you want from their response to this review, but I'm telling you, if you can find some place else to live, I would highly recommend doing so.

We have been living here for almost three years now and love this Community of very friendly and kind people. As a woman I feel very safe here as I walk every day around the complex for exercise. The service technicians are very nice and always take care of any apartment concerns in a timely and professional manner. The office crew is also great and they make us feel right at home! If you are looking for an apartment community to live in this is it! Don't look any further!

If you re looking for a place in the area I would highly recommend! I lived here for a little over a year and had no complaints. The staff made me feel right at home and if I ever had any issues with anything they were right there to take care of it. Overall a great place to live! Thank you Cayo Grande!

My family and I moved here in October and we've been mostly happy and pleased with our experience. We are half way between gulf breeze and fort Walton and minutes from Navarre beach . We always feel safe and almost everyone is friendly . The one thing I could complain about is the almost 12 ft laddet to the loft in the third story two bedroom apartment . I constantly feel uneasy with my 3 year old and 5 year old in the apartment.

This place is the projects of Navarre everything breaks , they will charge you for ANYTHING this place is a scam don t live there I wouldn t recommend living here to my worst enemy.
