Just closed my account with Cayan. After kickstart...

Just closed my account with Cayan. After kickstarting my new retail business, I used Cayan for 1 year and was ripped off during our entire business relationship. The absolute worst customer service and their credit card fees are through the roof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It truly surprises me they are still in business. They use American sales reps that are fluent in English and after you sign their contract they dump you into their over seas operation (actual headquarters). Their customer service reps can barely speak English and are extremely rude! Disgusting protocol! NEVER AGAIN!

They always promise me to close my account in 2 week but never closed.
Please don t do any business with this company.

I spent $300 to purchase 3 dress pants and 3 dress shirts.I had to come back few days later for alterations. When I tried the shirts at home I realized that one of the shirts was the wrong size . I went back to the store today they were busy and after 30minutes a gentleman listened and said I was not in the system and he could not help.This was the storemanager himself at the Medford store.He had no intention of helping and his total lack of enthusiasm made me feel that I should never have come to Merchant Warehouse.The purchase was affordable your salesman full of manners, your store manager needs retraining and was demeaning.Can you please help me.David Menon

Was a client for 4 years. Had a critical problem with account. Called and spoke with customer service for 2 weeks trying to get my problem resolved. NEVER FIXED. Cancelled account. There customer service IS HORRIBLE. Stay away from this company. They are not there when you have a problem.

Cancelled my account over the phone and they claimed they couldn't hear me over the phone and kept charging my account every month. They also change the amount they charge you each month because they say their fees constantly change. Do NOT do business here. I currently use Square without any problems.

Stay Away , Kayan has absolutely zero transparancy, I was requesting a monthly statement to review my charges which seemed extremely high. I was given the run arround for 6 months . There was always an excuse , and they were forwarding it right away. Never received it . After I got fed up, I switched companies.

Do not trust this company with your money. I began working with them 5 months ago. I thought the terms of the contract they gave me were satisfactory. When I received my terminal I could not use it, after call customer support they were unable to help. I was told they would call me back. I never got a call. I contacted my sales rep and got with another person who was able to repair the terminal after a week. A couple weeks later I ran a large transaction and Merchant warehouse held the money because they thought is was fraud even after I sent them a copy of my invoice. Finally today I checked my statement and there was a $99 charge that I was un-aware of. BEWARE OF THEIR SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS

I closed my small business in 2017. I had been using LightSpeed POS who at that time in 2015, interfaced with Cayan Merchant Warehouse for cc services. In 2018, Cayan began debiting my bank without authorization for services not rendered. I am fighting for reparations in the amount of $2,500 in fraudulent fees. Beware of Cayan, the customer service is deplorable, the fees astronomical, and their business practices unethical.
