Really only one word for this place, awesome. They are nothing but friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is a bit higher then some but it is well worth the difference.

Cats Exclusive is THE BEST! Mr. Curtis had never been boarded anywhere before, and was a little nervous. That was very brief, he loved the play packages and activities!! I would definitely recommend the care here, all my cats have seen Dr. Stern and have been happy and healthy.

They really know cats! Our rescue cat is surprisingly calm and well mannered during his appointments. Confident caring staff put him at ease.

Dr. Fligiel and the entire staff are so perfect and friendly. We now have two little kittens after going through all of the sad end of life trauma of having an 18 year old cat with this staff. It is so lovely to see how genuinely happy they are to see us with our new kittens. I would not consider another vet for cats/kittens!

Yesterday was a stressful day for me due to my baby being at Cat's Exclusive for Oral Surgery. I knew though that she was in wonderful, caring hands, but still a mother worries. I got a call from the Doctor mid-day with a report on how the surgery went, and she was great in explaining how the surgery went and that she was very happy that it was done. My little girl had more teeth extracted than expected. Instead of 3-5 teeth, she had 12 teeth removed. But, she said she would stick to the quote, and that would be all I pay. That is beyond wonderful for someone like me with minimal income. I went in later to pick her up and the nurse explained the medications really well, and took her time with my questions. I go back in 10 days for a free 10 min. check-up. All I can say is Thank you for taking such good care of my little girl. Tracy M.

Excellent care and empathy for the concerns of cat parents with aging family members. We have been clients for almost as long as Cats has been in business and now travel from Marysville for care.

Great center, friendly staff who knew exactly how to calm my feisty kitty cat when she decided to freak out during a check-up.

We brought in our 2 newly adopted kittens for their first examine, and had an amazing experience with Dr. Lester. The vet technician who came in first was very professional and kind. I was a bit of an over-paraniod new parent, so I brought up EVERYTHING I was concerned about and they both we're more than happy to give me answers or advice. We had to come back for two more visits for their last set of kitten shots and had a pleasant experience both of those times, as well. It is a little more expensive than I like, BUT the quality, enviorment and feeling of comfort is well worth it. I even had to reschedule the day of my appointment, and they were great about it. No cancel fee, and set me up for another appt as soon as was possible.

Highly recommend. Love this place. The staff is great and friendly.

Dr. Mahoney is amazing and pays great attention to detail. She makes both of our boys feel comfortable and I always know they're in good hands. Easy to schedule appointments with them and they always answer my string of questions. Their shop also has a surprisingly great selection for how small it is!

This I a great place to my cats. I l9ve that staff will spend time with them.

The folks here truly love kitties, and it shows in the amazing care they give their patients. While our kitty was hospitalized, they called every morning with an update, which was really sweet and reassuring. <3

They really need to get better about answering their phones, though, lol

It's hard to imagine a more caring place to look after our two cats. Dr. Schuldt personifies kindness and empathy towards our boys, and goes to great lengths to make sure our concerns are addressed and followed up in detail. Her assistants have all shown confidence and care in handling cats, and as a result our two, while perpetually wary of the unfamiliar environment, seem relatively at ease and cooperative with whatever procedures are required. An outstanding care center.

Excellent care and staff are knowledgeable about feline health. We've been regular patients now for 2 years and each vet we've worked with has been a cat lover who knows their stuff - definitely puts us and our cat at ease.

This is the second cat I have taken to this clinic. I cannot imagine a better atmosphere for taking your cat to the vet. The staff is all kind and wonderful. I also really like that there is an extensive shop connected to the clinic.

They are just all around amazing. I have been with them for years.

Stopped in for a routine physical. Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. I asked my cat and she just stared at me blankly which I took to mean that she'd rate it 5 stars too.

I would not take my cat anywhere else. It's obvious from the moment you enter the building that their focus is on their patients' comfort and care. Part of the front is a store offering cat toys, cat care products, specialty and prescription cat foods, and other cat items.

Once you get to a treatment room, the techs and doctors do their best to comfort, diagnose, and treat your cats as if they were their own. While their prices can seem high (but really aren't,) they do offer some payment options and will suggest pet insurance if it's helpful.

Smart, compassionate, knowledgeable, if you love your cats and they have health problems bring them here! you won't be sorry.

The wonderful people who work here have saved our cats more times than I can count. They have always been kind and caring at the the best and worst times. We have trusted them for over 10 years and they haven't let us down.

I highly recommend Cats Exclusive. Not only do they have great Drs, but they have a full store complete with a wide variety of food.

Unfortunately, the first and only experience we have of this place was to make an appointment for our beloved Buddy to have a private cremation. The lady I talked to on the phone was very understanding, expressed sorrow and sympathy, love and concern for my grieving and huge loss. When we came in, we were shown love and care right away. A few days later we received a very nice card, a heartwarming sorry for our loss of our beloved Buddy. We didn't expect that at all. When we picked up our Buddy in the box, the lady helping us was very sweet, and showed much love and sorrow for our loss. I highly recommend this place!! The staff really do care about you and your pets!

At Cats Exclusive, the staff really care about their clients -- the kitties. If your kitty gets stressed out easily, take them here -- the folks know how to make kitties feel comfortable.

Out kitties have been coming to Cats Exclusive since they were babies. This is the only vet I will bring them to for medical care. All the staff is very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Their boarding facility is clean and the condos are spacious. Plus they have a sweet cat store and the prices are good. The people are cat people and we trust their staff. I highly recommend Cats Exclusive for your kitty care.

They have the best Customer Service that I've experienced anywhere. When I call for a refill of my kitty's perscription, they are prompt and helpful. They call when it's ready and always ask how my kitty is doing. When I go in, they are friendly and glad I am there. The Dr.'s are wonderful, they call when they say they will and really have my kitty's best interest at heart. Thank You to everyone there!

I used to come here with my mother a few years ago when we had our cats. Now that I live alone and have two kittens of my own, I thought it would be a great idea to go back to them. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, while maintaining a professional attitude. Since it was my first official time on my own, I was offered a tour of their hospital. I even got a phone call the following day, asking how the kitties were doing after they got their first round of shots. I will definitely keep coming to Cats Exclusive!

When I told them I had insurance, they inflated the costs of routine visits. Go in for a dental exam, leave with a $1200 quote for a full mouth extraction. The exam itself also cost $60. I've since seen two other vets who've provided free dental exams and note minimal decay with need of two extractions (both provided the same diagnosis, independently of each other)... One charges about $600, the other $400.

I had good experiences prior to getting insurance, so at first, I chalked it up to the vet there, Janet, being a bit overzealous and later spoke to another vet, Jessica, about an international health certificate. Again, after researching other options, I've found Cats Exclusive to be inflated to double and sometimes triple the cost of other vets in the area. This was definitely not an issue prior to reporting my insurance to them as I did my research then, just as well as now. Cats exclusive tried to steal money from my insurance co and reduce the services my cat can fairly recieve. These people make me sick.

Over the years we have had several cats which we have brought here, and we have always been very happy with the results. I clearly love cats I'm cats clearly feel very very comfortable relaxed when they're in this environment. I would want my recommended Cats Exclusive.

The only place I will ever take my cats. The vets and staff really listen to you and their love for kitties is abundantly apparent.

I take my cats here when they need a check up or having something bothering them. The people working here are so friendly and helpful and really seem to care about the jobs they are doing. They also have a little shop attached and this is helpful because I can pick up anything the vet recommends to me and also get a peace offering for my cat before we even leave the office as they have oodles or toys and treats! My cats feel more comfortable here and so do I.

Always very pleased with all of my cats vet appointments and procedures (in this case dental cleanings). Very knowledgeable and kind staff. They took excellent care of my 2 boys while they were kenneled over night before their dental. Been taking my cats here for years!

We have been very happy with the care from Cats Exclusive! Turbo & Maxx have been patients here for a couple of years now. From general care (they re pro-raw-feeding, yay!!), to Turbo s dental & i-131 treatment, the care is top notch! Dr Mahoney is great.

Great people who work there....really get a feel they love taking care of your beloved fur babies.....my friend and I both have had good experiences there as much as you can when your cats are ill....thanks Cats Exclusive!

Cats Exclusive have us great care. My cat has many nicknames, but the one used most frequently is Her Majesty. She lived up to it, but Dr Elliott and all the staff made her amazingly calm. She was great. My cat was vocal in the car but surprisingly quiet in the treatment room. She mostly wanted to explore and say hello - no stress at all.

We've had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Elliot and the team at Cats Exclusive. Having access to a cats-only clinic is fantastic and the team is knowledgable and empathetic. They are thorough and transparent with their evaluations and recommendations, and have adapted well to life during COVID. We have one senior cat we've been taking there for years and recently got a new kitten with some ongoing health concerns and the staff have been fantastic with care and making sure both our cats coexist peacefully. We won't go anywhere else.

Paige and I have something of a no-kill shelter here and Cats Exclusive has been our partner in that for many many years.

The vets and staff are amazing; my cats have always hated the vet, and while the they still hate the car ride and don't love the lobby, they LOVE the vets and the staff. They clearly love kitties of all kinds, and not only do I refer people there, I will continue to do so!

I brought my 5 year old cat in for a second opinion on an issue with longstanding allergies. The allergies had gotten worse one week resulting in a near infection, so I brought her to a cat clinic to make sure it was not, in fact, an infection. The vet there issued me a slew of medications and told me to stick her in a crate to treat her with a nebulizer (Which she absolutely hated.) twice a day. and prescribed hypoallergenic cat food which is nearly $60 dollars per 7Lb bag.

Her symptoms cleared, (I really had no issue giving her the medication) and she returned to her old self. Still sneezy occasionally and talkative. But there was no way of knowing WHAT medication did the trick. And still, we are not sure what even caused her allergies to get worse. She refused to eat the hypo food after a few days, but as soon as I put her old stuff in front of her, she ate well. The previous vet would not hear out my concerns regarding her other health issues (IE: That because of her odd kidney size and placement, she should have her blood tested whenever she is ill) and the thought that we wanted to move both of our kitties to a raw diet.

Dr. Stern and her staff were very kind and listened patiently as I described her, admittedly, extensive history, and gave some thoughts on the whole situation and agreed that if her symptoms were based in the food, a raw diet may solve that. Currently all she has is an issue with wax buildup in her inner ear(s) from her allergies which has caused infections and a lot of difficulties in the past. She gave me the options on treatment, one of which would be to give her medication over an extended period of time, or the second (more expensive option) to go in and remove the wax ball (Which had hardened like a stone and rest against her ear drum.) Dr. Stern made it very clear what the risks were with the anesthesia and procedure (they aren't too bad) and let me choose.

I have chosen to have the "surgery" instead, because she has been through so much in the last year with medications and issues/adventures that I want it to be the shortest route for her. I want to let her be at peace without having to suffer through an extensive medication regiment. We haven't done the procedure yet, as Dr. stern said there was no issue that was life threatening, so we can take the time to save for it instead. I appreciate that the staff was patient and understanding with my concerns for my youngest and very loved kitty.

Dr. Lora Brundt, Heather and the entire front desk folks are truly amazing! We are newly relocated from NYC and live on Whidbey Island. We ve been searching for an experienced family feline-only doctor for about two years. We happened to drive by Cats Exclusive Vet Center, and after a bit of research and an initial consultation for two of our cats with serious health conditions, we re finally in the right place. Dr. Lora and Heather took the time to become familiar with the extensive medical records that we provided. They were so gentle, patient and compassionate especially with Reggie s, my shy big guy. Dr. Lora shared some new research about a couple of drugs, tests, etc. It s clear that she stays professionally well-informed. The front desk support staff are very helpful and friendly, and the facility is full of natural light and very comfortable. The examine room was spotless. And we found lots of unique cat paraphernalia in their well-stocked cat store.

We are delighted, and will now parade the rest of feline family to Dr. Lora and Cats Exclusive!

Been taking my cats here for years. Best place for cats

We love this vet. We have taken our two cats here ever since we moved to Shoreline several years ago. The staff are wonderful with the cats and treat them like their own. When one cat suddenly became ill and we discovered several deep, infected cuts on his abdomen, Cats Exclusive was able to get us in right away. They took great care of him and called several times to check on him after we'd taken him home following his stitches. And his two follow-up appointments were free!

I don't know how they compare with other local vets in terms of price, but the level of service is outstanding and we won't take our cats anywhere else!

Dr. Schuldt is truly the best physician I know (animal or human!). I greatly appreciate her expertise, kindness, and ability to communicate, whether it is a crisis or an ordinary visit. Absolutely the best place to take your cat for regular vet care, boarding, and grooming. They really understand cats! They also are a specialty clinic for certain other serious conditions cats may develop.

Always professional and they never try to upsell you. Worth the money. I have 6 cats and slowly taking them all in throughout the year for checkups. As a former vet tech, I feel that I can trust them with my cats and not having dogs or other animals around helps ease their stress.

All the staff were so great with my anxious and medically complicated cat. It is terrific being in an environment centered around cat care where he doesn't have to worry about dogs.

I have been talking my cats here for nearly 30 years. I really can't say anything better than that.

They are very well experienced and are well priced and since they work only with cats the cats always feel comfortable which is very important.

We have been going to Cats Exclusive for 7 years. While neither of my cats love going to ANY vet, their trips to Cats Exclusive were less traumatic than vet visits prior.

Just recently, I had to put one of my cats to sleep. The vet tech and vet at Cats Exclusive were amazing during the entire process. They made a very difficult decision a little easier by being so caring to my cat (and me) before and after the procedure.

I will continue to bring my living cat to Cats Exclusive becuase I know her health and well being in their #1 priority.

I have a less than friendly cat. Cats Exclusive and they're entire staff are always sweet and easy to work with during check ups and nail trims. Be prepared to pay a little more but the you'll get what you pay for 100 times over. I'd never bring my cat anywhere else.

Love that I can take my cat to a cat only vet clinic. She gets annual check-ups, shots, sanitary trims, and as needed care. She also had a fatty growth from her tummy surgically removed. She always gets the best care from Cats Exclusive, and they have a fantastic selection in a broad range of cat related products in their store

Rating is for the shop only. Very good selection of food for cats with special dietary needs. Selection of litter, treats, etc is comparable to other natural-oriented pet stores. They carry a high wall long-side entry litter box, which is a rare find.

They have taken such good care of our cat! Plus being a cat only vet, it is much less stressful in our cat!

Dr. Stern, Terry, Jessi, Jessica, Thia.... the entire staff at Cats are the best. I would never take my babies anywhere else. Worth every penny
