Nice reception, very good doctor and friendly nurse, well-kept reception area, plenty of parking, excellent affordable services - a life savior!

This place is an absolute JOKE! They interviewed my autistic daughter, approved us, and even set a date to start. My daughter is not fully vaccinated bye doctors orders. We supplied proof of this from Chilfrens Hospital and were given a thumbs up. The Monday we were to start school we recieved a call from the Wenatchee office saying they didn't have a spot for our daughter. This is 2 days after we were GUARANTEED a spot by program director Sila's. They then quite responding entirely.......untill today when I got a letter saying they were never able to open a spot for our daughter??? I HAVE THE SIGNED ENROLLMENT PAPERWORK WITH START DATE! These people claim to want to help children YET they erected a cell phone tower on their property that hangs a shadow over the Carrol Center and surrounding buildings. This is a political organization and IN NO WAY HAS YOUR CHILDS BEST INTERESTS AT HEART. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!.........THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IS NO LONGER WORKING FOR THE FAVOR OF GOD. They serve a different Master's purpose. May Jesus help the Autistic because the Catholic's won't. This organization should be ashamed of itself.

Greeted by friendly staff and quickly as t to correct room for services. Even if you're Feeli g down on your luck, god offers a helping hand here

Not sure this is the place for mentally challenged folks. My daughter suffers from anxiety disorder, autism, and ADHD. The first time we went here she had to sit in the waiting room for almost 4 hours before she was seen. We had to leave at the 4 hour mark because her anxiety was out of control at that time. Thought we would try again a couple of years later hoping things had changed but it hasn't, a virtual appointment was set and here it is an hour later, no email was sent for the appointment as promised, and no phone call. Yakima needs something better for these people. These kids need help especially during this covid crisis and they are not able to receive it from this place.

I personally wasnt impressed with my child's councilor, Manny. His lack of professionalism also bothered me, but my child enjoyed their sessions. Unfortunately, I called and left not one, but 4 messages for Manny to schedule my child's next appt but he wouldnt. He wanted me to call when he was available but he was never available. The front desk is zero help.

They have wonderful programs and they are very helpful in all situation

This organization has a great reputation for services and good stewardship in Central Washington

They never called me back after I had to cancel appointment so I can reschedule the appointment. I am so disappointed with the reception desk and her lack of communicating with the clients. I am taking my services to Comprehensive Mental Health. I will never go back to Catholic Family Services ever again. I will also tell people that I recommended them to go to Catholic Family Services to go to Comprehensive Mental Health now. You guys have lost a lot of clients because of the lack of communication and turning people away that need mental health counseling thank you for allowing me to run out of my medications and not helping me.
