a great job those are doing to help fill out the applications unfortunately they are not prepared for such a high volume of people I called and I have not been successful and to tell the truth there are days that I do not have what to eat but even so I thank God because he has been difficult but we are getting ahead let's not blame an organization or judge them when their intention is to help unfortunately 100% of undocumented immigrants in California only 6% will take this help that's why the percentage of that we get is very low help

About Catholic Charities SF

Catholic Charities SF: Empowering Communities and Changing Lives

Catholic Charities SF is a non-profit organization that has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area for over 110 years. The organization's mission is to empower individuals and families, particularly those who are vulnerable, marginalized, or living in poverty. Catholic Charities SF provides a wide range of services to support families, aging adults, immigrants, and youth.

The organization's programs are designed to address the most pressing needs of the community. These include housing assistance, food security programs, mental health services, immigration legal services, employment training and placement services for youth and adults alike.

One of Catholic Charities SF's primary focuses is providing affordable housing options for low-income individuals and families. The organization offers several different types of housing assistance programs including permanent supportive housing for seniors or disabled individuals who need ongoing support with daily living activities; transitional housing for homeless individuals or families; rapid re-housing which provides short-term rental assistance to help people quickly move out of homelessness; and emergency shelter which provides temporary shelter during times of crisis.

Food Security Programs

Catholic Charities SF also operates several food security programs that provide nutritious meals to those in need. These include meal delivery programs for homebound seniors or disabled individuals who cannot prepare their own meals; congregate meal sites where people can come together to enjoy a hot meal in a social setting; food pantries that distribute groceries on a regular basis; as well as nutrition education classes that teach people how to cook healthy meals on a budget.
