My Lawyer is really good, always explains everything pretty good! The service is very professional and very good, if you have an appointment at 1 pm, you get your lawyer at 1:00 pm !

I have gave this place 2 stars in the past. Looking back I think they deserve the 5 stars overall. I was a refugee and needed help to make the first steps in the US. The Catholic Charities of Santa Clara was a great help for me. Thank you

Can't go in but there's an intercom to speak to someone inside the building and they will convey a message to Catholic Charities that you're there and they will help you outside. I accidentally shipped some stuff from Amazon to there and I can't go in to see if I collected ask my packages. I went today and they were closed but should have been open? Their services outside of the office are cool but it's hard to talk to anyone there because they're always out.

Customer service is terrible. Went there to ask for a simple question and it was like pulling teeth. They are very cold and non communicative. Seems like they don t like their job at that location. I suggest they get a job they can enjoy.

Sonya at Catholic Charities is the best case worker I've ever had. She genuinely cares what happens to my daughter and I and goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met.

I worked there and my picture my be on the wall for working there over ten years. I'm a advocate for social justice. This is the home if social justice for many in the Santa Clara county. Any service tho is like a chain. It's only as good as its weakest link. So sometimes you can have exceptional staff and those that aren't don't last too long. It's hard to be on the side of social justice especially now with the desparity and injustices around the world.
I recommend supporting this organization. Volunteer, donate, or apply for work. Any contribution truly can change a life for good. Sometimes possibly even save someones life. Y.E.S. you..

Very disappointed in Mrs. Cynthia Corona who doesn't keep accurate info on who and when is cancelling their appointments! Instead, she claims falsely! Would not recommend services from her for that particular reason! Very unprofessional

Very helpful.place to get your feet back under you again. Wonderful counselors and clean enviroment
