This is very important place because it provides huge services for immigrants, newcomers through social cultural oriention session and organizes professional training courses which develope immigrants ,newcomers and other citizens skills and helps them so much to adapt or asimilate with new society in Canada so Catholic centre is well konwn internationally not just only in Canada its really so important humanitarian organizations which works constantly without stopping serving millions of needy people i deeply appreciate the effort of Catholic centre for immigration

Its good to help the people but when you call them to take an appointment thay will call you after 3 weeks _but when you go to this building directly thay will give you an appointment fastly withen one week _

I came here to ask for contact details of an Inland Office of the Canadian Border Service. Instead they wasted my time asking for information they had no right to ask. Not even vaguely professional.

Really disappointed with the services, had an hour appointment and the person was 20 minutes late to see me and said she doesn't have enough time to help, that i should go online and i can find everything in the website! Then what was the point of going there and see her!!!

Wonderful staff and a great place for New Canadians

The staff is nice and friendly, we've had success in getting our family members to come visit Canada with the help we received.
The receptionists tone of voice and attitude towards people is disturbing. She should get some communication training.

I have mixed feelings about this centre. I first went there in person a couple of months ago, and everyone was extremely helpful at reception. When I talked to the cousellor, it wasn't great (we were really not on the same page regarding my situation in Canada) but she then referred me to the legal consultant, and that experience was great as all my questions were answered. However, some weeks ago, I tried to call them back to schedule another appointment with the legal consultant, and the experience was horrible. When calling reception, they would always transfer me to voicemail. I left several voice messages, and no one ever got back to me. So I gave up, after several attempts, and went to OCISO. I am so much happier now, staff there is fantastic and will do the best they can to help.

Front desk she is not polite this is not the first time you should have someone respectfully and politely. This is a government not her house the way she treated people

Today 10 o'clock I called this office to get some help with my immigration paper work. It was the first time in Canada that I faced such an inappropriate behavior from the receptionist. I called back to ask her name aND info she cut the line again. I strongly recommend that the senior management check the voice record and find out their frontliner behavior to the clients.

I dont recommend anyone even bothering with the sponsorship help here. Such rude and disrespectful lady named Roya here. No help at all. The manager needs to wake up !
