I'm the owner of Over The Top Events Parties, and two weeks ago my bride wed here. This cathedral is beautiful, dramatic backdrop for your wedding. I look forward to planning more event's. Titi is their coordinator for cathedral and her team was great.

The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament is considered one of three of the most historically significant buildings in Sacramento. Built at time when Sacramento was tranistioning from a mining town into a capitol city, it took the kind of dedication and fortitude for which the early pioneer's of California were known.

Beautiful church. At the right of election I got to meet the bishop we had a very blessed day here.

Great church but Never park at there parking structure. Way to expensive. It said on there parking garage 2$ for 20 min and instead they tell me is 10$ for just 20 mins

I am not catholic but this is an incredible place. It is so cool to walk in from the busy and loud streets to a reverent place of worship. A place to feel the spirit

Stunning. Saw Handel's "Messiah" performed there. So beautiful.

If you are in downtown Sacramento this Cathedral is worth a visit. Since there are no tall buildings obstructing the sunlight the light just streams through the many stained glass windows. Go on a sunny day. The cathedral is on the smaller side but definitely worth a walk through.

They do communion everyday and blessed incense on sunday

A beautiful cathedral in Italian renaissance style. Plastered walls with an abundance of art on walls and ceiling. Beautiful acoustics, except that the speaker system was not designed to account for the reverb, so it was hard to hear clearly at times during the service.

I attended an a capella concert by Chanticleer here. There song choices were perfect for the setting.

Beautiful Catholic Cathedral in Sacramento! Daily masses morning and 5:10pm weekdays!

Beautiful Catholic cathedral in Sacramento with some fine stained glass windows. Offers a variety of services.

The inside of the Cathedral contains two stories of beautiful stained glass windows. The vaulted ceiling, woodwork and architecture are all impressive. The paintings and the altar are also quite beautiful. The Cathedral is just a short walk from the Capital building. You can park in the parking garage on 10th street and walk up the slight incline to get to the Cathedral and down to get to the Capital building. The only downside of the Cathedral is that the mass schedule does not appear to be correct. I tried to go twice on Sunday (before and after visiting the Capital building), when there should not have been a mass, according to the schedule, but there was. Note: the Cathedral has a small gift shop that was closed when I visited and restrooms downstairs.

Vert beautiful and peaceful. I love the art work that has been done long ago. For me it is a very special place.
