I've forgot my Bluetooth earphone case in airplain that I was realized after got off airplain.
I've asked Cathay Pacific staff man about my earphone case then He's gone to check my seat in airplain for me then found it.

I appreciate that staff.

Service has been declining and accountability for it is nonexistent. Additionally, their service for frequent fliers (Marco Polo Club) is worse at their hub than at any other airport they fly out of.
