I love Catawba, it's an extraordinary school that treasures the information on their understudies. In any case, with being just 3 weeks into the second 2021 semester, I view it entirely awkward to be nearby. The majority of the understudies remove their veil when they leave the homeroom, regardless of whether they are as yet in the structure! Others will stroll around and sit in the sitting regions around grounds (Admin!) with no cover what so ever! I see huge gatherings strolling around to will classes with no veil on. I have seen more non-veil understudies than the ones that are really wearing them. I accept that numerous different understudies are beginning to have this impression as well, and as a worker the last thing I would need to do is take Covid back to my home where my family (who all has different medical problems) live. Particularly with the mind-boggling pace of individuals in isolate right now. On the off chance that the understudies won't approach this in a serious way for individuals other than themselves then I believe it's hazardous for us all of us be back nearby and I would rather not be pretty much as awkward as I as of now am with simply attempting to move around to my classes to stay away from the non-maskers. What's more, the thing is you don't have a clue who to trust to be around with this infection and the teachers are making it perilously near violating Covid limits inside the study halls and doled out bunch work outside of class. Baseball in the Summertime is Great at Catawba College. Our Legion Baseball team plays and practices on their field . They have a great Athletic Fields. The Concessions Stands Are Awesome. And Game prices are very reasonable, and affordable. If you ever in Salisbury, NC go and see a Rowan Legion Baseball Game!

I love Catawba, it s a great school that cherishes the knowledge of their students. But with being only 3 weeks into the second 2021 semester, I find it very uncomfortable to be on campus. Most of the students take off their mask as soon as they walk out of the classroom, even if they are still in the building! Others will walk around and sit in the sitting areas around campus (Admin!) with no mask what so ever! I see big groups walking around to get to classes with no mask on. I have seen more non-mask students than the ones that are actually wearing them. I believe that multiple other students are starting to feel this way too, and as a commuter the last thing I would want to do is bring Covid back to my house where my family (who all has various health issues) live. Especially with the overwhelming rate of people in quarantine currently. If the students aren t going to take this seriously for the sake of people other than themselves then I think it s dangerous for us all to be back on campus and I would prefer not to be as uncomfortable as I already am with just trying to move around to my classes to avoid the non-maskers. And the thing is you don t know who to trust to be around with this virus and the professors are making it dangerously close to overstepping Covid boundaries within the classrooms and assigned group work outside of class. It is a very overwhelming experience to be back on campus this semester, especially when we don t have a voice to tell others what is completely going wrong here, because most of them don t care about the virus or see that they can harm more people than what they may think.

Love working with the College! They truly care about the community and students. They go above and beyond the call of duty to give folks the options that go beyond their college years.

Catawba College is a small private liberal art college with a small professor to student ratio and a large portion of student athletes. The professors take personal interest in the students and there are a lot of student activities and club's to be a part of. The location is North of Salisbury. Most of the college experience at Catawba is what the individual student chooses to get involved in. There are a lot of opportunities to be successful and involved in many activities if you apply yourself but the college experience is some of what you make it yourself. The education is top quality and prepares many students for graduate studies. The athletic programs are treated like top quality programs and are a great experience.

Catawba college is a liberal arts School with an emphasis on music. Beautiful campus with lovely brick buildings. The school staff is excellent and go out of their way to make students happy and successful. Wonderful school in Salisbury NC. Check it out.

Catawaby is a cozy little campus with friendly folks running it. Students seemed nice as well. The place is old and the interior of the buildings show their age. More in dinner buildings than others, but each had something going on

The WORSE! I have had nothing but problems from this school. If I wasn t a few classes shy of graduation I would transfer! I use Post 9/11 for tuition and every semester there is an issue. Advisors are TERRIBLE! Financial Aid TERRIBLE! Only good thing is the night program for working adults. Do NOT recommend at all!

This is a great college and has a true sense of community! I have been able to grow during my time here with the help of my peers and faculty members. I am so happy that I chose to come here for my education!

Great place remembered well as first home in the Us for this then recent immigrant from Germany.People could not have been more friendly and helpful.
