Cataldi Fresh Market Review

Overall, I really like this store but today while I was ordering a drink at the cafe in the store, I was treated with such disrespect that this is my first review ever. The ladies at the cafe expected me to know what to order with out even having a menu visible. After asking for a cafe latte, I was told this is not a Tim Hortons and she began to snicker and laugh with the other lady working. She tried to make it better by making friendly chat but at that point I had no patience and wanted to leave.

I love Cataldi s. The produce is fresh, the staff is professional and courteous. They have Italian speciality products that I can t find elsewhere. During the pandemic, I ve been using their curbside pick up. It s been very effective. Thank you guys for the amazing service!

Don t shop here at all. More worried about mask laws then customer service. Horrible experience and I ve been coming here for years. Nice packing as well.

Rude customer service. Cashier today rudely told me to quickly put the groceries I purchased in my reusable bag. There was only one other person in line and I was going as quick as I could. Not a way to speak to and treat a customer.

Lovely market. Tastefull products and variety. The staff is also wonderful. Prices on the higher side but like they say you get what you pay for. If quality is what you want then the price is worth it.

A very clean and organized store and the staff are super friendly and helpful to assist you finding the things you would like to purchase. A huge selection of meats, cheeses and produce...so many homemade products and it reminded me of Casa Nonna, a wonderful shopping experience and found everything we were looking for, if you re looking for a real Italian market this is a must try.
