New britain Connecticut facility on 66 clinic drive doesn't have hot water to bathe the patients. And this is daily. Their food is digusting and they cook same meal twice in the same week. The administrator and the nurse manager Michelle acuses people of giving cigarettes to patients when they knew that the patient had the password for the door and he picked up cigarette buds from the floor and they also knew he had those electronic cigarettes in his room and they had the audacity to accuse me of such thing. Also they have favoritism with CNA who be hiding in rooms using their cellphones.. now you call the corporate office and it seems they can't pick up their phones or only have 1 person to work at front desk
UES Rehabilitation Facility also known as the Cassena Care Corp sorely lacks integrity, not only do they lack integrity they ve mislead the DOT & DOB with the need for permits for work not needed that impacts the community. Their ratio of staff to patients is lower then the recommended state and federal guidelines. They can t keep staff because of abuse and underpayment and lack of professional standards
I have been working for our organization for a total of 5 years and counting. 3+ years in one of our facilities in the Bronx (WCMCC) and almost 2 years now in our corporate. All I can say is that I m very proud to be a part of this organization. I started as a regular staff and worked my way up. They continue to nurture and train me to advance in my professional career. The care for our residents is always our top priority. I was given the opportunity to work with different staff across our organization and they are very hardworking. The organization never stops in creating programs that will benefit our residents and improve customer service. God bless us all!
