I dont know why the rating is so low Costumer service is fantastic I called to reschedule my orientation and they did and they said they would contact my manger right away and they was so professional about it
This cash only thing at night is a rip off. I pretty sure it s so they can take in cash and not claim it on taxes. There is no good reason to stop taking cards be it debit or credit. No one else does and I feel it is a tax fraud scam of which I m the right one. I ll be investigating this and give an update
The Sun City Center Florida location is awful! The manager there got angry when I asked why the coke slushie was never frozen. She then hung out the window and yelled at me as I drove away. That MANAGER has made sure I will never stop there again! 8/18/21 @2pm
Im trying to figure out why the quality of food has gotten worst however the price of the food has risen higher then Jesus plus yall dont put nothing back into the black community that has yall company in them but yall making all of the money if the pandamic never came them wages would have never gone up
I walked in to order, ordered the 2 breakfast burritos and coffee . Ordered an apple fritter for my husband. After reminding the young woman that we needed cream on the side for our coffee, also that I needed the hot sauce.. I was given my food. The quality of the burritos was too hard to eat. Very disappointed in service. As during the pandemic people are not invited to eat inside. Many McDonald's have thier dining rooms set for limited capacity. The manager should at least know that the food is top quality. The workers, could be as friendly as possible. I am very disappointed with the service.
Turned away prior to close despite lights being on and sitting in drive thru for 30 minutes.
Pinellas Park store on Park Blvd at 52nd Street has the worst service and ALWAYS serves very poor quality food. The worst part of it all is that the management doesn't care and is very rude if you complain and ask for fresh food or a refund.
Can I give a zero one two separate occasions they messed up my food .The worst service ever.I will never ever go there again I told my friends the same don't go there again.
Never got everything we ordered. Went back for crispy chicken sandwich and waited and got cold sandwich and chicken coldwas burnt. . used to getting mayo fresh lettuce and tomato but lucky it had any on ot. To much money for what you get. Third time in 2 week's. Won't go back. Never got an apology. They all need to be fired store no. 5828 don't know why i bothered to complain nothing will be done
It is so nice to be able to take your family to a clean, friendly, family oriented place and enjoy a reasonably priced meal. McDonald's menu has come a long way from just burgers and fries. Thank you Capers company for running the most professional chain of McDonald's anywhere in the country. I am thrilled to have you in my neighborhood.
