Casebere Motor Sales Review

Ok so I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from Cody at Casebere for my son, which is not the first vehicle we have bought from them. The whole time before the sale he is telling me what a standup guy he is and what a good dealership he works for. After the sale we put less than 350 miles on the car and a dash light comes on for the turbo. I call them and he was less than helpful, saying we don t have the equipment to diagnose a Chevy you will have to take it to a Chevy dealer and then we can maybe fix it after we know what s wrong with it. So I take it to another shop and he tells me he can diagnose any make of car with the same reader. Come to find out it needs a new turbo. So I call him back and now he isn t sure his mechanic can fix a turbo on a Chevy but quotes me a 1500 dollar price(which is double what the other shop quoted) saying it s probably going to take 10 hours to do but he would take 150 off the quote and that s the best he could do. Short story is don t trust these people they talk a big game till they make a sale then you are on your own. I won t be back and I hope this helps others so they don t go through what I did.

Took my truck in to service Def system on my truck.
They diagnosed it over and over not finding anything had to wait 4 hours for them to find a plug unplugged from the injector pump they said it should be good and sent me on my way. Didn't fix the problem at all took it back again they said a part needs replaced and hooked it up incorrectly which could have messed my truck all up if I hadn't had to take it to another dealership to fix it correctly... asked for a refund on the labor they absolutely refused.

Very honest people, explained everything to me about financing so that I understood the process completely.
