Who says remodeling can't be fun? When we recently did a big reno, we used Case Design& Remodeling, after interviewing several other firms. We couldn't be more thrilled with the result! Our project not only came in on time, it came in under budget! We loved working with Tom Craze and the whole Case team. It was actually FUN!!!
Our experience was outstanding from the beginning design phase to the final walkthrough. Our team of Victor, Elena, Bruce, and Bill, made sure that we were informed at every step during the project and that we were satisfied with each stage of the work. Victor handled the project development from the start and took care to check in with us frequently during the renovation. Elena put together a great design for us and helped us with small changes and orders later on. Bruce, our project manager, ran a highly organized team of Case employees and subcontractors. He provided us with a very detailed schedule, met with us weekly, and emailed informative updates. Bill, our lead carpenter, was very responsive to all our requests and made sure that the job site was as clean as possible at the end of each day. All the crews were careful and respectful of our home. Everyone responded quickly to any questions and concerns. Almost all the work on the schedule was completed early and the overall job finished on time and on budget. We highly recommend CASE and this team to anyone considering a renovation project.
