The conduct of this company is shameful. A few months ago I parked the car in Estoril on top of the sidewalk where several cars always parked, because despite being on top of the sidewalk it is one of those places that there is plenty of space next to it for people to pass without much hassle. This company gave me a fine for parking on that sidewalk instead of parking on the parking meter next to it where they earn clear money, as they claimed on the paper left in the car that I was preventing pedestrians from passing. It turns out that after a few months I spent there and, to my amazement, they had put a parking meter on top of that same ride afterwards, I saw cars with paid parking tickets on top of that same ride.
In other words, when they didn't have a parking meter on the sidewalk to earn money, they were "concerned" that I and others prevented pedestrians from passing, but now for them to earn money or better steal money from others, they no longer worry that pedestrians are no longer able to pass over the sidewalk !!!
I made the voluntary identification at the time so I wouldn't be bothered later and only now did I receive the official fine at home, that is, even though they are now charging parking meters over this tour, they still had the can to send me the letter / ticket now registered for parking on top of that promenade when they still hadn't put a parking meter there.
