Cascade Health Review

I was sent here for a work physical and left in tears. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I was left alone in a room with a male doctor (as a female presenting person this makes me extremely uncomfortable) who was disrespectful and extremely rude. I was told I would need to take my shirt off so he could listen to my lungs (in all the years I ve been to the doctors I have NEVER been asked to take my shirt off so they could listen to my lungs) I did not comply because it didn t sound like a necessary thing. He then proceeded to touch my stomach (which I realize was part of the exam) but he never asked if it was okay or told me what he was going to do so. As someone with severe anxiety this was a horrible experience. He then proceeded to speak in a very rude manner and pry about my mental health (treating me like I was incompetent for having an anxiety disorder) After the whole experience I cried in my car on my way home and then proceeded to cry myself to sleep that night. The next day I emailed the company to let them know about my experience and didn t even get so much as a Sorry. Do NOT go here. Very unprofessional. I would give them a negative 5 stars if it was possible.

Cascade Health's Covid Vaccine Clinics were both very professional and efficient. The health professionals that administered the shots were personable and quick. I swear I didn't even feel the shots . Please, get vaccinated if you haven't been already.

So grateful for all of their professionalism and kindness in scheduling and administering our COVID-19 vaccinations! My wife couldn't have imagined it running any more smoothly. Really, really well done!

Had a great recent experience with COVID vaccine appointments. Well run and efficient. Also have used them in the past for employee flu shot clinics and they were always professional and easy to work with.

Everyone did an amazing job. I am so glad that my son was able to get his COVID-19 vaccine here. The clinic was so professional and moved the line right along. It was a good experience and we can't wait to go back to get the other shot. Please get your vaccine.

Great staff and very well organized, the entire experience was very professional and well executed. Staff were very cordial and they even accommodated my sons for a shot. Very please with the services and I will highly recommend them.

Cascade Health has really outdone themselves with their Covid-19 vaccination clinic. Their process is so organized and efficient, that they take the worry out of finding and receiving a vaccine locally. The registration is seamless and the on-site flow feels effortless. No real wait times, very friendly people working the lines and inoculating workers from all kinds of businesses. Every step of the way was simple, clear and felt extremely safe. Thank you all for doing your part to help vaccinate our community's employees!

Cascade Health did a wonderful job of getting us vaccinated. Both vaccines were quick and painless, the set-up was spot on, nice and clean with a smooth exit transition.
