I had an operation 3 weeks ago, I'm happy I chose Ruesch.
It is truly a serious and professional clinic.

You have all been exceptional and I am grateful to you.

After a long stay, 10 days, at the Ruesch clinic I can serenely say that it is a structure of the highest level. All the rooms, from the hall to the individual departments, are well cared for and maintained. The room that was reserved for us was very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts including: large TV with attached sky decoder, fridge, wardrobe, small desk, sofa bed, two armchairs, one of which reclining, etc. The bathroom was also spacious and functional, also very clean. However, what most impressed and satisfied me was certainly the extreme kindness and availability, at any time of day and night, and for any need, of the entire staff who works there. From the doctor on call to the head nurse, from the nurses to the staff in charge of arranging the rooms, everyone has always been at our complete disposal, ready to meet us. This also applies to all the administrative staff who assisted us in the various bureaucratic passages that can make hospitalization even more unpleasant. This factor certainly makes the difference in the quality of the hospital stay. Ultimately I was absolutely satisfied with the stay at this facility and the fact that many and such thick doctors work there is indicative of the very high level of quality offered by the clinic.

I don t need an English speaking liaison if I m ordering food or buying something. Outside of those two endeavors, my skills and accent do not hold up. Luckily for me I had my own international relations wiz, Biagio. Both he and my doctor were just fantastic and my super quick visit left me unreasonably happy in terms of a hospital visit. Hopefully I won t need hospital services again, but if it comes to it I d most definitely come back here.

I was operated on 3 months ago with breast reduction mammoplasty by Prof. Fabrizio Schonauer .... excellent result and I am really very satisfied!

I believe, my personal thought, that it has become a money making machine. The experience I had is an "outpatient" surgery for tendon cyst removal (left wrist). I say "outpatient" because so I was accepted (with direct insurance) and by magic at the exit it became a day hospital, so the 500 euro that would have provided the insurance became 3870. I also advised the insurance of this but they didn't give weight and this makes me think even more (negative means)

I went there certain of being able to have a specialist consultation with Prof. Greggi. The visit was painful, despite having explained my problems to him; (obviously underestimated). He did not issue me a regular receipt, and did not call me back as he had promised for further diagnostic investigations. Terrible!

Just finished the pre-birth course organized in video chat. Unfortunately, during the pandemic it was not possible to attend it in person, but I absolutely did not feel the difference. The warmth, the preparation and the availability of midwives and staff were excellent, the lessons given by the medical staff exhaustive and complete, the proximity for any doubts or confrontation ensured to all participants at all times. Really thank you for the positive and reassuring experience, hoping that the final phase can be the same!

If the quality had a surname, it should definitely be Ruesch. The structure is well maintained, excellent design with statutory and green marbles. The reception as well as being spacious is very welcoming. The staff from reception to various specialists is very professional, serious, kind and fashion. In my case it is the second time I visit the Ruesch clinic; the first time I did all the general medical tests while yesterday I went for a big toe fracture. It has become my trusted clinic and I will be back in November 2019 for the usual general exams.

I was afraid that a distance preparation course would not satisfy me as a face-to-face course, unfortunately not possible due to the covid. Nothing more wrong. The course was really interesting, touching on all the topics that most concern future mothers. Maria present in all the meetings were fantastic but all the interventions were exhaustive.Moreover, the idea of creating a WhatsApp group allowed us to share fears and doubts with the other mothers as well as the joys of childbirth and birth, as happened today. .5 stars for you!

Accompaniment course at birth, first pregnancy: despite the course being online due to covid19, the approach and attention to us "future mothers" was really fantastic, the contents of the meetings were interesting and useful (I loved the meeting on music therapy! ), and the teaching staff, as well as being competent, was really kind and always available to answer all our questions and doubts, even beyond the hours of the course ... I also found the number of participants excellent: not excessive to become dispersive; I also appreciated the organization and knowledge of the dates and topics dealt with right away.
I highly recommend it to all future mothers who like me were full of doubts regarding pregnancy, children, childbirth!
