Casa de Lara Joinery Review

This was a pleasant visit. It had a nice view right on State Street on the corner. The inside was clean and had a nice south of the border theme with lots of space. I went during the lunch hour so they have a separate lunch menu which had variety (including a Mexican soda per our waiter). They offer reasonable prices and give you a fair amount of food (including of course free chips and salsa as you sit down). The staff was well knowledgeable and very polite. Overall a nice place to grab some southern flavors when you're near downtown Madison.

My friends and I love Casa de Lara. It is a fun place to hang out with your family and friends. It is delicious! If you love tequilas- I am sure they have your favorite brand. If you are a Mole lover, the best! My favorite Mexican restaurant in Madison.

First time eating out since reopening of restaurants in Madison. It was a.goos experience. Tables spaced out. Hand sanitizer station near the entrance. Server wore a mask. Food was tasty. It felt great to get out and feel more normal again.

Super amazing staff and great atmosphere. Homey vibes and cozy place to spend a night with friends. CASA excellent food and drinks as well send it fam and just get ur a** to casa

The coconut margaritas and the plato caribeno were fantastic and our server was a delight.

Decent food and atmosphere, service is usually good as well. A fine experience overall, however, it is not hard to find a better place to eat.
