Carzonrent India Pvt. Ltd Review

Hello All,
This is the worst kind of customer service that one could possibly offer. They are ROBBERS and just want to rob money out of you. After returning the car and having assured that our Security deposit wont be deducted. They deducted the security deposit after 15 days and on calling their customer service people were so rude, pathetic and uneducated.They wont even confirm that they have deducted the money by mistake. They would just say that they will get back to you in 3-4 days which they never do. I had to file a dispute against them to make them return my money. And they did not even send apology email or message.Never ever trust them. They have no humanity left and are just after your money. Their staff could not be worst than this. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE !!! or if you do be ready to lose your security amount as they dont have any intentions to pay it back.

We had a very bad situation with Carz on Rent. I have send the below mail to them.

We are very disappointed on carzonrent - Delhi service on Booking ID 9104532 . I received the confirmation on 30th Jan for 6th Feb booking . We request the vehicle at 10 am. I called Carzonrent at 8.30 am . Neha from Carzonrent said will send the vehicle details another 10 mts time. But we didn t receive the details. Again I called at 9.30 am , same reply. When I call 10.05 am Still you were unable to give the vehicle details and your saying vehicles are not available. We have reserved vehicle 5 days before & your unable to provide the vehicle details & Unable to send a vehicle to us. What is the purpose of booking your vehicle in advance? According to your confirmation you were suppose the send the vehicle details 2 hrs prior. You should check your facilities and should inform the passenger 1 hr before of your vehicle status. We called thrice. Third time only your saying vehicles are not available. At that time booking time also passed. Carzonrent customer service is very poor.

airport lko me aap ke off. ke en log apni car ko booking dete hai out stetion ki aur attch car ko city me aaj tak 15 se 20 car logo ne back kar li hai .bahut hi ganda byohar hai in logo ka.

A bad company for good market. There office are good but employees behaviour is very bad

Excellent service provided by Carzonrent!! completely satisfied with the process and the car sent to me. would like to hire their services in future. Keep it up Carzonrent. :)

Easy approach from metro. But tuff to find the offc in building. Small reception.

use their self driven car ...they will not pay your 5000 deposited money ...then write how their services are.i used it on 11 jan still waiting for my money back

I have also used Carzonrent in Delhi many times. They always offer me best deals according to my trip, very good value for money and excellent service. They also allow easy cancellation in case of problems and they have a good phone support system. All these things made my trip very comfortable and memorable. Thanks to Carzonrent to provide such high class car hire service.

Extremely bad experience. I would never ever recommend their service. Yesterday I took their taxi from Delhi airport. On the way the driver denied to go to the destination we paid for. He said he would drop 5 of us (including a sick mother) somewhere he wanted. He shouted very loudly with us as if he would eat us alive. When I said I would complain, he said he himself was a supervisor and he would not 'fear' complain. What an experience to start the journey of your country when someone from other countries lands at airport and has to deal with such taxi driver.

The chauffeur's that come to the Airport to pick up Emirates Passengers act in a very roudy & loud manner. The best part is that their supervisor the one who came today 'Vishal' was also rude in conversation. Very unprofessional staff.

I have been continuously availing service from carzonrent and I found it stand on my expectation.I have travelled my lot of travelling with there cab service which I found is amazing if we take on parameter like on time, comfortability, driver behaviour,safe driving etc. Overall I would say it is best to get service from carzonrent.
