I thought this attorney was very professional and I felt like I picked the right one. He reffered me to the right chiropractors and everyhting which was greatly appreciated. I got really hurt and in the wreck me and my daughter were in. So it was nice to have Caruso law and thier staff to call when I wasn t sure about something happening in my case. They were upfront with everything even when I really needed money and wanted to get a loan, they told me the pros and cons. If it wasn t for them I would be in serious debt with no car. I think Mark was really trustworthy and even took the time to talk to me directly when I had multiple questions about how much money I was going to get. Shout out to Andrew for putting up with my questions on the daily! =)

Mark caruso answered his phone on a saturday evening right after my wreck, me being stressed out and my new work van looking like a complete loss, mark calmed me down and walked me through all the steps i needed to take to make sure my health was taken care of and then my property loss.. Weak. Greedy. Selfish. I have to keep repeating my review of Mr. Caruso because he keeps having it removed, so this is the third time!!!! I guess an honest review is frowned upon. This "man" is a front and a leach. little of what he says is honest. He NEVER returned a call. I always had to talk to a paralegal because he knew nothing about my case. I wanted to speak to the "man" i hired not a minion. After my case settled for a pittance his wife tried to bribe me for a 5 star review with a couple of mass purchased movie tickets. Seems to work on most of these people. Better idea. even out the fact you took more money than me for my case. I have talked to other lawyers and none of them take more than the client!!! top rated lawyer? hardly.

Caruso Law was able to settle my claim in a few short months. This was my first accident so I wasnt quite sure what to expect. However, Marc was great with email and Mark was always very professional. My question were always answered. They were able to give me referrals to chiropractors and massage therapists.

We totaled our vehicle, and we were getting the run-around by Allstate. Then, the Presbyterian physical therapy didn't want to treat me for problems because of the wreck because it was from a wreck. I talked to my sister who had used Caruso for her wreck and she was very happy with the results. When my husband and I met with Mark Caruso we were shocked at what we really didn't know about car wrecks. The law office gave me the list of doctors who would agree to directly bill Allstate and I didn't need to pay the doctors or the attorneys anything until the settlement was done. The attorneys and staff were really easy to work with, especially Marc Rushing. One time when I called them it took 2 days to get a call back, but that was OK. Most of the time I talked to someone the same day I called. Anyway, tey would call almost monthly to see how I was doing, and they would give me an quick update. When it came time to settle, we actually got more money in our pocket than we expected. Our doctors gave us discounts from the amount owed to them for their treatment and Caruso Law Firm even gave us a discount on the attorney fee. It was all about having happy clients and referrals. I have recently recommended a friend from work to Caruso Law Offices.

On my way traveling through NM I got hit and didn't know what to do. Once I talked to an attorney in Houston they refereed me to Mark Caruso. I was nervous going with an attorney that one I did not know, but two, who was also really far away. Mr. Caruso managed to take care of me though and call me to let me know how it was going every step of the way. The staff there was also pretty nice. I cant wait to get my settlement check.

If it wasn t for Jacque Andablo taking over my case after a year and a half I would ve given them zero stars, she was professional and kept me in the loop something they did not do for the first year and a half of my case. The end result was good..

Very good attorneys. Work hard to get the most for what your case is worth. Strongly recommend. When you have an accident it is very stressful but Mr. Caruso was great. He explained everything so good and really helped to put our mind at ease. His staff is wonderful and always responds to your messages. Again we say five star rating from us.

When I was in my car accident I really didn't know what to do. I saw alot of lawyer ads, but I wanted to go to someone I could trust and not just be forgotten about. I talked to my friend who had been in an accident and he mentioned to go see Mark Caruso. I called their office and the receptionist put me through to Mark Caruso himself. After talking to him, he was able to schedule me a meeting with him later that day! When I met him he was really nice and friendly, he taught me so much about my case that I had not even thought of. I felt better after talking to him because he told me that he would contact the Drs. about the bills being sent to me. I knew right away I wanted to go with him. He called the insurance company after I signed all the paperwork so that I would have a rental car to not miss anymore work. The paralegal on my case, Dawn was extremely nice and answered all my questions whenever I called for an update. When I was finally done treating with the doctors Mark referred me to, I met with Mark again and he discussed how much I could get from the insurance company. I was really happy with how my case was handled and was able to get a good settlement after everything was said and done. I would highly recommend Caruso Law offices and would go to them if I have another car accident.

I was involved in a car accident in December 2017. My settlement was given to me last week. I was extremely disappointed. I first met with Mark Caruso in an interview and it went wonderful until my case was given to a paralegal who did not communicate with me effectively throughout the whole process - his name is Marc Rushing. I then requested a different paralegal, but she was worse than one prior. When I addressed my concerns with Mark Caruso, he placed me back with the original paralegal that I started with going against my wishes. I DID NOT get any compensation that was worth my time. I only got back what would have covered my time lost at work for personal and sick days. I addressed my concerns at the time of my settlement with the office manager and she stated she would look into my case and call me back because it was "unacceptable". It has been a week and I still haven't heard from their office. They give you gift card movie passes while you give them a 5 star rating on Google in their office. I refused. The paralegal could've waited before submitting my paperwork to the insurance company so that I could've have provided him with the paperwork needed to fully compensate my losses. My attorney pocketed the same amount as I did meaning it really wasn't 30/70 as they proclaim. I have documentation and proof for anyone that reaches out and would like to see it. It's really a shame and most of these reviews are probably due to bribing for a good review. Anyone knows a wreck is one of the most stressful things anyone has to go through and I would not recommend Caruso Law.

I was involved in a accident at the end of July in 2019. Andrew was handling my case and made sure that I was always informed on the status of my case and where we were at. Initially I figured that settlement would be far out of the near future but after all the hard work Andrew and staff put in on my case we were capable of settling it very soon after I finished medical treatment. I submitted a request for representation online over a week ago and have not received any response. So I followed up with a phone call, left a voicemail and did not get a call back. I called once again, and was asked what my case was about. Upon hearing the details of my case, they told me that they do not represent people for diminished value claims. When their website clearly states otherwise. I'm sure you'll get their attention if you have a lawsuit with a large settlement potential, but apparently mine was not a large enough sum. Look elsewhere if you don't want to waste your time. Only reason I reached out multiple times was because I was referred to them, particularly for this type of representation. They're only interested in your money, not in helping someone in need. I typically only leave reviews when I have good things to say. Why waste time being negative? In this case, I've wasted enough time already. Beware.

If I could I would give this no stars at all. this law firm does not even deserve one star. Horrible experience. We were recommended here by our neighbor but this was the worse decision we have ever made. My mother was hit in August and shortly after we spoke to Caruso and his wife on a Saturday. They seemed very nice and very attentive. They acted like they were going to help us out. Our paralegal was Marc Rushing. When I tried talking to Marc rushing for the first time I could not reach him. I kept getting sent to voicemail and I never got a call back. It came to the point where I had to set up a phone appointment. When I called in for that phone appointment he was very very rude. Keep in mind this was the first time we actually spoke to him. Throughout the course of three months (until we had enough and decided to get another lawyer) Marc Rushing was very rude WHEN I would get a hold of him, along with one of the receptionists that answered my phone calls, we hardly ever knew what was going on with our case, and we hardly ever spoke to Marc Rushing and Marc Caruso when we needed to. We are very upset that they wasted our time and we are very upset that they decided to treat us that way. I do not recommend this law office to anyone due to the way we were ignored and treated up until the last day where neither Marc Caruso nor Marc Rushing came to us to ask why we were leaving or what was happening (everything was being communicated through the receptionists). Very unprofessional and very ride. Don't be fooled by their nice law firm and their nice sales pitch the first day.

To say the least my experience has been a rollercoaster from my initial attorney getting fired mid case and finding out my case has been dragged out a year because the initial attorney never call witnesses on my behalf to my case being giving to a lawyer Marc Rushing who is completely unresponsive and screening my calls when all I want to do is check on the status of my case. The only reason I am giving them a 2 out of 5 stars is because the one interaction I had with Mr. Caruso himself was positive everything else has been a non stop battle and poor client relations experience after another.

My experience was terrible and I was not the only victim. I have the docs to corroborate my assertions. Some time back his rep had me sign paperwork establishing him as attorney of record for a class action lawsuit. I never spoke with him. I subsequently learned that due to my serious medical condition my award would be about $500,000. After getting no response I contacted both the pharmaceutical company and trustee and found out that my award was sent to him. I never received one cent! I don't understand why no governmental agency has ever done a forensic audit on his practice as numerous people filed complaints. He breached his fiduciary responsibility to give honest and ethical representation.

This was the first time I have ever been involved in a case and Mr Caruso and all of the staff made it as easy as possible. They faught for me till I received what was fair. If this is your first time having to go through this process I would highly recommend Mark Caruso.

I learned that the insurance company would pay for my medical bills, time from work and for my pain. So, I hired them to represent me for the accident.
