I was waiting for one year for the house I booked.They have postponed the completion dates five times already. They don t have any clue when the house is going to be completed.They said probably in 2019.
Now I am struggling to get the money back.Not sure that I am going to get it back or not .
Cant fault them through the buying procedure fantastic.. but after sales shocking!!!! Rang numerous times about certain things.. front door never been right (they were still hanging it as I pulled up to move in) they do not get back in touch with you.. just had to pay a builder to sort the roof tiles out... the house is 3yrs old... will never buy another Cartwright home!!!! Quick enough to take your money then you get the middle finger.. very very unprofessional!!!
Very poor quality, so many issues that are not corrected with our new build house 16 months after buying!
