please answer phone sooner so you can assist .incident last week in vanguard drive carthorse abuse .I managed to calm horse but had my life threatened. There was no plate on the back of wagon .
Not angry just please answer calls sooner as you guys could have been there quickly as this was about two kilos from your offices .

A wonderful team who work tirelessly to help and care for these magnificent animals. I ve had the pleasure of watching Zelda and Diana working with the horses and the bond they have with the horses is too beautiful for words. I also take my hat off to their dedicated Law Enforcement Officer, Officer Abdurahman for his dedication and outstanding work. Thank you.
