CarStar is beyond amazing, in many aspects. I had damage on my front drivers side: bumper, fender, hood, headlight. I called them after speaking with my insurance and they were quick to have me come down and have them take a look. They had me in a loaner car one week later and kept me updated every step of the way. I took my car to the shop when they opened on 08/31/2020, the estimated due date for my car to be finished with repairs was 09/08/2020. However I got my car back way quicker than expected, 09/03/2020, they had finished it up that morning. Not only did they repair my car but they cleaned it!!
