CarStar is beyond amazing, in many aspects. I had damage on my front drivers side: bumper, fender, hood, headlight. I called them after speaking with my insurance and they were quick to have me come down and have them take a look. They had me in a loaner car one week later and kept me updated every step of the way. I took my car to the shop when they opened on 08/31/2020, the estimated due date for my car to be finished with repairs was 09/08/2020. However I got my car back way quicker than expected, 09/03/2020, they had finished it up that morning. Not only did they repair my car but they cleaned it!! They over exceeded my expectations, even customer service was painless, quick, and honestly enjoyable. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Janesville Wi s CarStar on 14 N. City Carstar made the process very simple from getting the initial estimate all the way to picking up my car after completion. I had a slight struggle with the insurance and City Carstar stepped in and smoothed it out. They have a great system to provide daily updates of your repair. Al is fantastic, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating.
Your not excited when you have to get service from a body shop but I'm thankful they are here when you need them.

I have been taking my car to Mike ever since his shop was known as City Cab 30+ years ago. Excellent service and workmanship. The last visit was to repair a door handle that required the door to be taken apart. And they cleaned my truck when they were done! Who does that anymore? Mike does. Thank you Mike:)
