Good destination for home shopping in Bur Dubai area

Fresh produce in terms of vegetables fish and meat the fresh food counter is quite good .

You get a variety of items from clothing to electronics groceries to home cleaning , beauty products , perfumes ,watches and mobile's including camping items

Good place to shop in bulk, and some unique household items

Fond of visiting this place and love the way they maintain it. Absolutely clean, safe, and lovely place to shop for your daily essentials.

Lots of Carrefours around Dubai. The newer ones like Mall of the Emirates are good. Old ones are too small, too crowded as a result. And the selection isn't as big as in the best ones.

Recently took Fridge from carrefour electronics section too late to deliver item disappointed. poor service costomer care respond. other than that supermarket is good.

You can purchase anything you want from Carrefour for the cheapest price. You can purchase your monthly groceries and other utilities from here. Extremely affordable and good quality.

It is one of the best supermarkets in town. However, if you are looking for fresh vegetables, then you need to visit other Carrefour branches.

It's massive, has amazing variety, and what's more deals! We got a large American tourister bag for essentially free; I recommend visiting it bit just for groceries which they have plenty of (get masafi branded water if a tourist, they're BPA free) but for their deals too.

I ALWAYS WENT THERE WHEN I NEEDED SNACKS ! It was pretty dope !!

The cashier at counter 28 was horrible. Bought a nokia phone yesterday January 26 around 4pm and I was told to pay at counter 27 or 28. I saw counter 28 was free and I immediately went to pay. As I approached the lady cashier i greeted her saying hi Ate and i started talking in Filipino language saying that i want to pay using gift cards. She then raise her voice and said that I don t speak your language im not a filipino! she looks angry and sounds angry. I immediately said sorry I didn t know. Well i said sorry for at least 4 times. It didn t end there coz she was very rude until the end of the transaction. Raising your voice to customers and frowning is definitely not a good attitude. I didn t want to make a scene so i just walk away. Anger management issues! Horrible!

It is a very busy market, particularly in the evenings amd weekends. A lot of shoppers; but limited staff to help its customers. During the last few visits, it is apparent that the management does not seem wanting to provide adequate customer support. For example, every time I bought fish, it took at least 15 minutes for it to be cleaned, and as long as 25 minutes. Why couldn't the management imcrease one addutional staff to clean the fish during rush hours? It would cut down on customer's wait time significantly.

The coupons I received did not work at all. I had a paper coupon that is good for 20% discount for fresh fruita and veggies. The coupon was scanned at the cashier; but no discount on he fianl bill.

Other than covenience for me, there is nothing special about this market. I would not hesitate to go to another competitor.

Understocked and poorly staffed compared to the Carrefour in Shindaga. Have gone in multiple times for many small electronic goods such as rechargable batteries for phone handsets and have been told in a not too friendly way that they do not have the item. Staff across the board seem to be more of a hurry to get rid of you and continue chit chatting with other staff or merchandisers than to provide good customer service. Sad to see that while the Shindaga store holds a high standard, atleast from my experience, all the bad staff have been shifted over to the newer store. I would recommend that the Shindaga store be visited over this store as it is more open, more spacious, well stocked and has friendlier staff.

Many selection, ethnic products, fair pricing, supermarket is near other shops: pharmacy, retails, resto, mall, crew are nice and courteous, good loyalty program, parking slots

It is not big supermarket but good selection of electronics.

The arrangement of goods and items was a bit confusing in the beginning, took me quite some time to figure out the correct aisles. Fruits and vegetable produce was fresh and reasonably priced, good experience overall.

Customer service lines are always engaged for hours together wherever we try to contact all the linea are busy.. very poor

experience shopping here, little crowded but near to metro and other place in bur dubai.

Awww carrefour!!! My favorite shopping destination like every other people in UAE. It's the one stop shop for all your needs... from eatables to Television, and the prices are even lesser than other other supermarkets...
