The cashier at counter 28 was horrible. Bought a nokia phone yesterday January 26 around 4pm and I was told to pay at counter 27 or 28. I saw counter 28 was free and I immediately went to pay. As I approached the lady cashier i greeted her saying hi Ate and i started talking in Filipino language saying that i want to pay using gift cards. She then raise her voice and said that I don t speak your language im not a filipino! she looks angry and sounds angry. I immediately said sorry I didn t know. Well i said sorry for at least 4 times. It didn t end there coz she was very rude until the end of the transaction. Raising your voice to customers and frowning is definitely not a good attitude. I didn t want to make a scene so i just walk away. Anger management issues! Horrible!
