While their website was user-friendly, I found the overall range of carpet options to be limited. Additionally, their customer service was prompt in responding to queries, but lacked that personal touch which I've experienced with other companies in the past. The installation team was efficient and completed the job within the estimated time frame, but I felt that the quality of workmanship could have been better. Although I appreciate the competitive pricing they offered, there were some hidden costs that cropped up during the process, leading to a slightly higher than anticipated final bill. Overall, my experience with Carpet Floor & More Inc. was satisfactory, but I believe there are other companies that may offer a better overall value.
