Awesome shop for gifts, decor and souvenirs. Large selection and friendly staff!

With Caroline & Co., I can ALWAYS find something for myself, a friend, or that one person I just don't know that well - they have something for everyone, honestly. I've found unique looking dinnerware, exciting cocktail books, the freaking BEST candles in town, and odds and ends I didn't know I needed. The staff is friendly, the space is clean, and you can get lost in the store for hours (in the best possible way - ha!).

Great selection. I could have stayed for another hour!

Went today for a specific gift in mind, but....there is so much to choose from! Spent over an hour just looking around! A fabulous gift and decor shop.

I went in yesterday to get two dresses for my girls and I was pleased with the selection, the price point is quite high compared to the other boutiques in Lafayette. That is not what I'm basing my review on. They weren't really that busy with customers but they were resetting some displays and things set all over the floor by the front door. I was just there for the children's side and went over there, I found 6 dresses that I wanted to purchase but needed a different size in two of them. I looked around for someone in the children's section but no one was working over there. I went back to the front and asked a girl working on the displays if she could help and she said she would find someone. I waited, and waited, walked around some more, finally someone else asked if I had been helped, I said no I needed another size, she said it would be a minute for them to check. So I waited, and no one came. I put all $300+ of dresses back and left, drove down the road to another children's boutique.

My favorite one stop shopping store! I love shopping here for so many reasons. Mostly, I love to be able to buy leauxcal, the selection is outstanding and the service is top notch!! Shopping at Caroline & Company is always a wonderfully happy experience.

Lots of nice gifts and a great variety. Love the free gift wrapping. You can order online and have it shipped to your home or pick up in store.

A friend and I were accused of stealing some bracelets today when another customer went to the owner and said we were putting bracelets in my purse. Instead of confronting us and talking about the situation (which did absolutely not happen) like adults, the owner along with another worker followed my friend and I to our car and proceeded to walk to the back of the car to get the license plate number. When asked if there was an issue, the owner rudely said no, we re good now. Confused, we drove away, not knowing what to take away from what just happened. After some phone calls between the owner and our moms, the situation is still not resolved and the owner has not apologized for making the situation extremely uncomfortable for my friend and I. This store carries great merchandise but never will myself or any of my friends and family set foot in here again after the encounter we had today.

I have nothing but good things to say about Caroline and Co they reached out to me about an out of stock item and made good suggestions of comparable in stock items. Very happy to have found this great business I will definitely be back.

Classy place with great gift ideas, kids clothing and not mention great gift wrapping. Guys should absolutely go here for their wife's gifts.
