Have always been pleased with the products and service at Carolina Retail Packaging. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Just called to place an order. Customer service was so good. The lady I spoke to was pleasant and had all the information quickly. She made it easy.

Great location for store supplies with excellent customer service. They also carry used items at a discounted price.

Do NOT take your used store furnishings here. We took a metal rack and traded it in for a $20 credit which was supposed to be applied to our purchase. Instead they charged the full amount. When I called to make them aware of the error I was told they would issue a refund to my card...which never happened. A few months later my husband took a large rack to sell and he was told they would pay us $100 for it by mailing a check. That check never came. When we inquired about it we were told it takes a few months for their checks to go out. Well it's been a year and we still never received a payment for those items. I will NEVER do business here again and will not recommend them to anyone!

They had the correct size box that I needed for gifts. I always go there for them since I found out about them

They are a little hard to find,but have great products and prices.
