Went here for my first MRI and I will never be back. No healthcare facility should treat you with such disregard, as to leave you in tears during a procedure. No sympathy for pain, no compassion. I would rather drive across the country to have a test done, than to ever go back to this facility.
The problem was with only one person that I encountered during the procedure, to be fair. Her name was Barbara. So the fact that I would never go back here period, says a lot about her personality and treatment of a patient. She really should be ashamed of herself. She would not like to be treated the same way.

I had a great experience I am claustrophobic and I had to use the open MRI. Glad I chose this place, i really needed it and tried three times prior in a regular mri. The ladies in the back were patient to my fear and gave me clear instructions. I didn't feel alone and they allowed my husband to accompany me in the testing room, with screening on him as well before he was allowed.If anyone is claustrophobic this would be the place to go! Thank you!

The guy Cid,

who was doing my MRI,

was Horrific.

He lacked compassion.

Cid, did not wear gloves,while doing an injection.

Their MRI Machine is Raggedy.

Whoever, determined, my Diagnosis,

The staff is SUPER friendly here and take the time no matter how long it is to make sure their patients and family are TOTALLY comfortable... they take the time to listen to ALL your Concerns ..... my daughter and I are VERY satisfied with the service and care we received at Carolina Imaging

I advise anyone to ignore anything written by Marry Hogins, or whomever this person is in real life. They have written 70 reviews and all of them portray everywhere they have ever been as horrific and discriminatory. To me, this person has some issues welll outside of their dealings with every business, apartment complex, and health care provider in the city, and I sincerely doubt that their reviews can be viewed as accurate.

My experience with Carolina Imaging was quite positive. Most people going there are in pain and holding still for a long test like an MRI while in pain is quite difficult, and therefore it makes all of us a little (or a lot) short tempered. Overall a good experience, for what it was. A test on my very painful neck to help the doctors better diagnose and treat the condition. Tests are often painful, as the old joke says, the cure is often worse than the illness.

Had an open MRI since the pain and anxiety went thru the roof the first time. I mean what a different group of medical professionals. They were compassionate, kind, and very patient with me since I had some issues the firs time. The procedure went like a charm. Don t remember names but those two healthcare professionals were exceptional!!!

I just saw the most respectable things by one of your ladies! I am waiting for my wife and saw an elderly man that was finished with his appointment and was using a cane and moving very slow. That lady employee helped him out of the building and made sure he was safely in his car before she went back inside. That is how respect is shown!!! Wonderful lady!!!

Great experience today with my MRI. From check-in to out the door it was truly first rate with top notch professionals. My scan took over an hour and I was really ready to tap out being in so long. Barbara was amazing and and helped me make it through to completion. Please give her my sincere thanks!

I give 4 stars for the techs and Kathy in medical records. They are awesome. Everyone else I have encountered at the reception area, is rude and short. They don't give you the information that you need and one of the ladies was eating at the front desk with a greasy napkin in front of her. It's not fair to give a one star, but the face of this company needs a customer service training class. I will be choosing somewhere else to go in the future.

I have changed my review to 5 stars after speaking with the office manager at Carolina Imaging. It would appear that the confusion is coming from my actual doctor's office as I see a PA in that office and the actual doctor in that office DID receive my mammogram but there was a lack of communication on the part of my doctor's office. Because of the mix-up on the mammogram at my doctor's office I am giving Carolina Imaging the benefit of the doubt regarding the results of my ultrasound as well.

The staff was excellent during both of my appointments. Their followup, however, leaves much to be desired. I had a mammogram there on Feb 5th (referred by my doctor). On February 18 they called me back and said that I needed to have an ultrasound done. I made the appointment for Feb 21. I called my doctor on the 18th after receiving the call about my appointment and my doctor's office had not even received the results from the mammogram. They do not know WHO referred me for an ultrasound. or why they felt it was necessary. My doctor's office reached out to them and received the results on the 19th. (I also received a letter in the mail on the 20th from Carolina Imaging stating that they had sent them to my doctor on the 14th.) My doctor called on the 19th and gave me my results. On the 21st I had my ultrasound. They told me that my doctor's office would have the results in 24-48 hours. Today is the 27th. It has been a week. My doctor's office STILL does not have the results. Obviously there is a concern on my part about the possibility of cancer. It is also obvious to me that there is little concern on Carolina Imaging's part to allay my fear.

One of the most caring and compassionate medical facilities I've ever been to. From the front desk staff to the specialized nurses and technicians I have had nothing but positive experiences at Carolina Imaging, even while there for something very unpleasant. The care and kindness of the staff make a process that is extremely stressful much easier to deal with. Highly recommended!

I signed in for my 11:00 appointment at 10:40. The lady at the desk registered a patient before me that came in after me. I got registered for my appointment at 11:20 it is now 11:33 and I am still waiting to get my mammogram

These people get ONE star for constantly being a direct pain right in the ass! They call your house constantly talking about money that they need from you, even AFTER you have told their incompetent asses that you ARE AWARE of it, and will take care of it at time of appointment!!!! Seems to me that they ONLY care about what the hell you have in your pocket, and NOT what needs to be done, and that's see the patient, that may or may not have a serious problem!!! My doctor has sent me to this awful environment, but after the appointment I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!! Valley Regional Imaging IS BETTER IN EVERY WAY! Will continue doing business with them after this mess is done with these people!!!!

I had a good visit. However, on two occasions I had to request records. Once, doctor's office lost and once to a different office that is less inclined to misplace records. Not only were these requests answered, but they were both answered the next day before 0900. Both requests were made after hours. Exceptional service! Thank you Leonna Byrd you're awesome!

I have had several test completed at Carolina Imaging and each time, the staff was truly amazing. The ladies were very patient with me and knew exactly what I needed to hear, to keep me calm. I'll admit that I'm a chicken. I've had a wonderful experience on each visit and I'm so thankful for compassionate people

I rarely write reviews but I had to share my wonderful experience with Carolina Imaging. I ve been seen at many different imaging centers and have to say today was the best experience I ve ever had. All the lady s at the front desk were amazing, wait time was very short and they had a clean, friendly environment. I didn t catch the ultrasound tech s name but she made my experience wonderful. She was so compassionate and put all my worries and anxiety to ease. The poor women had to deal with my pregnant, hormonal self, balling my eyes out during the exam but she was absolutely wonderful and the highlight of my day. Thank you Carolina Imaging and your amazing staff!

Staff was professional and courteous. Waiting room was clean, but not large enough for everyone. Wait time was reasonable. No ultrasound printouts, which is disappointing if you are pregnant. Bring your phone if you would like to have any photos to share with your family and friends.

Doctors and staff ill prepared and incompetent. I would never recommend this facility. Please do yourself a favor and get your imaging done at cape fear or drive to Chapel hill.

My wife received a call with a voice message from the office simply stating that "scans were ordered." Not having any idea what type of "scans" had been ordered, my wife called this morning to clarify. Unfortunately, she received a less than courteous staff member (Debbie), who clearly did not appear to have the time or desire to assist and responded in a flat, monotone, and unprofessional manner. My wife and I are both health care professions and it has been in our experience, that the manner in which the office staff conducts business, is a true reflection of the facility. Hopefully the remaining staff members and faculty are more professional. However, as a result of this morning's encounter, my wife and I will elect to have any future imaging elsewhere.

Just returned from my scheduled visit and although I was not on time the lady at the reception desk was understanding when I told her just I could not locate the building when I first arrived in the area.. She helped me complete my required paperwork that got me back on tract to meet my scheduled procedure time. Thanks so much.

The two young ladies who got me prepared and performed my scheduled MRI were absolutely professional in every way. They took extra caution to make sure that I was put into a comfortable position so as to not cause me unnecessary pain from my injury that was being checked. They gave me heads up on each part of the test and how long it was expected to last. Always asking if I was ok and comfortable. I can say without reservation that these two technician were second to none that I have ever encountered. Thanks for treating me like I was special.

Would recommend Carolina Imaging with no hesitation. Great job.

The staff at Carolina imaging from the front desk to the folks in the back, have ALWAYS treated me with so much care, compassion and kindness and today was no different. I'm currently going through alot of scary health problems and they not only take time to comfort and make sure I'm ok, but they truly go above and beyond. I hope everyone on you know how special you are to patients like me who often get over looked or pushed aside by those who are supposed to care, you all never make me feel anything less then important and cared for. So thank u so much for just being YOU.
