We switched over to Eastern Carolina Broadband from HughesNet. Eastern Carolina offers a much better service for almost half the price. Their customer service has been very helpful as well. We have only had one instance where the internet went out, but we received an email explaining the outage and when to expect service to return to normal. Overall I have been very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone looking to get away from satellite internet.
