I love Dr. Carmen Woods! I fell in love with Dr. William E. Woods first! After he retired I started seeing Dr. Carmen Woods. Recently I had the pleasure of speaking with the office manager Mrs. E. Woods! Thanks again Mrs. Essie! They are all caring and amazing! They have A+ staffing as well!!
Dr. Carmen Woods-Hollowell is an absolutely wonderful doctor. I trust her and highly recommend her. She cares so much about her patients and does everything she can to make her patients feel comfortable. As someone who had multiple previous OBGYNs, I am extra appreciative to have found Dr. Carmen Woods-Hollowell.
Amazing place with amazing people doctors, nurses, and staff. They really care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Unfortunately the individuals were not very friendly. Any issue was my fault and an excuse was given. After 1 in-person visit and 6 weeks of reasons as to why my order was not filled I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend due to unprofessionalism.

There aren't enough words to express my delight in Dr. Carmen Woods and The Woods Women's Group! I am not one to post reviews, so this is a big deal for me. First of all, Dr. Carmen Woods is exceptionally knowledgable and kind. She makes me feel like family as she listens to my concerns. I always leave feeling heard, respected and valued as a patient. And, that is extremely important to me. I trust her fully. I have never experienced this level of expertise at any doctor's office I visited in the past. Lastly, it must be said that the office staff is polite and very professional, and the decor of the office is beautiful! I highly Dr. Carmen Woods! Would absolutely post 10 stars for her if I could!!!
Wonderful office , Staffs r amazing they wil treat like family. The receptionist s amazing she wil understands the patients questions clearly and connect to doctors & booking appointments are so easy with her I forgot her name . Dr. Sydney , faina wil clearly listen to our questions and go by patients concern . Dr. Carmen woods delivered my baby and we can trust her . My whole pregnancy journey was amazing with these doctors I would recommend everyone
Dr. Carmen Woods, the nurses and staff are the best. Dr. Woods is compassionate, a woman of integrity, she listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond for her patients.
I moved to Arizona for a job but still have a home here in Illinois. I fly back for my appointments with Dr. Woods because I haven't found another gynecologist as great as her.
Recently, I was rushed to the hospital here in Illinois with severe pain in my abdomen. The hospital called Dr. Woods early Sunday morning. She devised two surgery plans to remove a massive cyst on my ovary. After the surgery, Dr. Woods made sure I received the best care while recovering in the hospital.

Awesome practice! I highly recommend this office for obstetrics and gynecology!! Practitioners are warm, informative, and very skilled. I've personally used them for gynecological and pregnancy/postpartum care.
