Highly rated for stay , food and services . Best location .

Good for board meetings. Their Chinese restaurant is good but Nadia(Pakistani cuisine) is very pathetic. Accomodation is also good. Overall it ok but need to upgrade its structure and facilities.

Most courteous management and staff, nice and perfectly clean rooms with efficient room service and serving one of the finest breakfast buffets in Pakistan for its guests! Highly Recommended!

Be careful when you checking out and go through your bill before signing the final. Strange charges!

It is good place for seminar but these types of places are now available almost all the areas of karachi

The hotel is simply fantastic. Security is tight, of course, so there's nothing to be scared of.

The rooms are simply luxurious, food is great. The evening music is richly traditional (really wanted to take a video of the musicians...niceee).

All in all, a good experience.

A lot is always happening here. Good for business and private visits. All facilities in a very reasonable price. Very helpful and cooperative staff. Food is great and coffee is out of this world. You can also get Desi/local delicacies here. Really safe and secure, not that safety and security is an issue in Pakistan. Come to Pakistan. You are welcome here.
If you are staying in Karachi would I would recommended this place! Cleaners are super friendly and front desk people are always so accommodating! They make you feel like you are home!

Overall experience is good. Everything is fine except the following:
1- room service is not constantly at the same pace. Especially at night times i felt delay from staff while complying with my requirements.
2- it was quite strange for me that sometimes i am served with nuts and buiscuits and mostly i am not even asked about these so called luxurious items. I dont know why.
3- the rooms on the ground level have no windows and sometimes i felt that i have been enclosed in a decorative spaceship not to see outside.

However by and large the experience was splended as always

It's good place to go , for breakfast and lunch, good arrangements good food , good management , little expensive, vallet parking is nice

It is a beautiful hotel with a very efficient service and tastefully decorated rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, including a dinner at Suzie Wong, the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel. They have both smoking and non-smoking rooms.
