Worst customer services experience . Guest relations are highly disappointing

A good hotel in Karachi, the service is in place, the staff often take the initiative to clean up the room, several times a day

A centrally located 4 -Star hotel with good restaurants especially the Chinese restaurant "Suzie Wong" & Nadia for high tea or breakfast. Ample car parking facility & highly secured. A good place for organizing events or weddings in its halls. A good view of Frere Hall from the Hotel.

Mostly oriflame's event happened in Marriot hotels thats why i several times go there. Nice place best environment lagta hi nai karachi ka part ha

We are Young Social Reformers and we organize our signature event Better Youth Better Pakistan 2k18 at Crystal Ball Room Marriott hotel. It's an amazing experience with the Youth of Sindh, motivational trainers, speaker and Debate of our energetic youth make this event more Informative and entertaining. The honorable Minister of transport Mr Nasir Hussain shah attended the event as Chief Guest, along with other Guest Director HEC Engineer Javed Memon.

Neat and clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurants. Nice spacious rooms.

Excellent environment for family to relax and good food

Very poor food. Vallet parking was useless, as I waited for 30 mins and then came to know that my car keys was still lying at vallet counter. And vallet guy kept giving me stories that car is parked very far etc etc. Since we were guest on some event and in such instances parking should be free, whereas they charged pkr 150-200/vehicle.

Good needs improvement. They served stale food in our Iftar Buffet.

I have been to Marriott quite a few times . Each time I'm impressed with their management, decor, cleanliness, and the overall elegance of the place. The staff is super respectful which is very important to make you feel welcome. This time I went for iftar. I loved the prayer arrangements especially for the ladies.
However, one thing has consistently disappointed me. That's the food. No matter what type of cuisine is being served, it is extremely bland and there's nothing special about it that might indicate it being from a 5 star hotel. Apart from that, I would highly recommend the place.

Went there for the Sindh Festival, nice ambience, a little dated but a nice place to visit and stay..lovely decor

One of the best hotel exiest in Karachi .Location is very good the USA consulate was near it but now shiffted to other area behind this hotel Karachi Club situated and just opposite very famous and beutiful park call Freerer park.The hotel have no of good small and big halls for different of functions.It is really very good hotel.Before this hotel known as Hotel Holidayinn.There are different kind of resturant including' chinese .

There was no parking space so we had to park outside and walk back to the hotel.

A decent hotel with a good location!!!

5 Star hotel in Karachi. Peace, clean environment good services

Place to visit. Chinese restaurant has the best food.

A 5 star hotel with poorest service on earth. Visited a friend there and we checked out together. Forgot some belongings and flew to Islamabad. Caalled them up and they said yes we have found your belongings in your room. They asked to email. Then we kept on calling them and mailing them. No one bothered to reply back. 2 days back same friend stayed there again and asked for the stuff. They said we havent found anything in ur room last month.

Friendly environment, hygienic and delicious meals.

Great service, clean and pretty rooms. The view from the room was great. And the rooms were very well made.

I had buffet . Attends several workshops as seminars.
