Wonderful ambiance with soothing environment. Their Hi Tea & Ala Carte food is very good. Desserts are also good. Hope they can improve on quality of food on large events, as I am not satisfied with their food on events like weddings, etc. Rest is fine.

Had a wonderful time. Stayed here for 9 days. Service was superb.

The hotel is overall good.

But the parking has no shade and its very difficult to find parking.

Nadia Cafe is good and they also have a kids menu

It is an average hotel nowadays. The parking space is smaller and using the valet service (Rs. 150) is the best option to avoid the hassle. Mosque is not very well maintained and there s no proper place for ladies to pray if they re attending a conference/function and not staying in private rooms.

Its one of the best hotels in the city. Restaurant food quality is excellent and a favourite for corporate events.

Best choice for arrangement of Events & Training Workshops.

We stayed at the Marriot for 3 weeks (Dec 20 - Jan 05) in three separate rooms and were beyond amazed at the extraordinary service by all the hotel staff. From the housekeepers to the managers, everyone did an exceptional job at providing a wonderful stay. Vijay, Yvette, Sharmim, Qayyum, Saeed and Asif were just a few of the staff that made a huge difference in our stay. Exceptional service was provided by each staff member we encountered. Thanks very much for all the help and wonderful stay! I hope this staff gets recognized by the Marriot organization and is rewarded for their great work :)

Excellent place to stay in Karachi. Has good restaurants, event halls, wedding halls, shops and live music. Food quality and variety are also good.

Good place to have small to medium events, also have very good restaurants like Suzi Wong & Nadia Cafe.

Beautiful. still remains one of the best hotels in Pakistan. Great place to host work conferences and gatherings at better rates

Good place to Organise Wedding Reception and Official Meetings and Lunch parties.

Meetung rooms with old dirty carpets, broken tables and old beat up sofas. Lazy staff. Very disappointed.

Pathetic Dry cleaning service! Charged me 1762 for 4 items and I still get my clothes stained and dirty! My area s local dhobi is actually better than Marriott s. With time I have realized I should stopped using this service! I am amazed how my brand new shirt got spoiled after I received it from dry cleaning service! Management, please look into this matter and I should be contacted by one of the managements. I also attended a wedding ceremony there in the crystal ballroom. The venue had a really good ambiance. The decor was classic and chic at the same time. However few things were noticed that should be improved. First of all some seat covers had stains on them which didnt go well with the marriott name. The buffet area is seperate and gets too crowded specially due to the small buffet tables. Other than that it was a pleasing experience. The lobby, though small, has beautiful chandeliers which give it a classy and upper class look. Overall I enjoyed it.
