Carlton Hotel , Karachi Review

Clean atmosphere and good food also. Nice place to stay.

If you ask me I will rate Marriott hotel is the best hotel of Karachi. It's a five star hotel with the most relevant place, where it should be. All amenities are there very wonderful environment. Restaurant should need good chefs and taste, quality is good food is hygienic but taste must be improve. Their swimming pool and gym is also state of art. Most of the forigners stay in this hotel they had mentioned their standards by years and that is the reason this place got number one in the list. If you have any opportunity to stay in any hotel you should be go Marriott hotel then explore others. After all one of the best hotel of Karachi.

I had hi-tea there and found it awesome. Both Ambience and food was very good.

Went here for lunch on a Sunday. Missed the brunch so ordered from the a la carte menu. Ordered the beef nahari, thinking that it would probably be pretty good and being suspicious of their international cuisine. Let's just say that it was underwhelming, under-spiced, and just plain not good. Not coming back to this place.

Excellent Top rank hotel in Karachi, good restrants, superb room service and good halls and conference room. Good place for the forigner to stay here. Little bit expensive movin pick, PC and Holidy Inn Karachi. It Crystal ball room is often busy for program National and International Event.

Checking in can be a bit of a challenge as the front desk is always busy. Place gets busy on weekend as some make the hotel a holiday place. Some upgrades in hotel room like lcd TV and USB charger. Managed to get a non-smoking floor, and the room upgraded. Will write more at end of trip.

Safe hotel and very good services. I would choose this in my next trip again.

My last visit to Karachi was 1 year ago and I am back to this same hotel again. My second time here and I noticed that the Deluxe room (cheaper rooms) are smoking rooms and the floor I was assigned has heavy second hand smoke smell at the walkway. But the room is alright (less smell).

Thumbs up from room and amenities cleanliness perspective and the safety factor is superb.

Carpets in the lobby are tooooooo old. Need replacement. They must improve overall ambiance.

Great ambiance, good food and best for formal events and official meetings. Even wedding events are beautifully done by them with ease... Must try their different restaurants.

It is very good place to stay. It is costly but with all facilities.

Marriot Karachi retains the old charm. The busy reception, not so busy coffee shop and cool environment. Security requirements have taken away some charm of hotels like Marriot and PC. Still these are the ones Karachi Lahore and Peshawar have and they are still very good

This hotel need to upgrade, as have very limited choice of hotel in city so this would be a reasonable and safe option to stay.

Need to improve on the housekeeping staff which always forget to keep water bottle and not detail in cleaning the room.

Brunch at Nadia coffee shop was lovely. Good variety of dishes.

It is a good hotel, but few issues. I had privacy on the room but someone still enters in the room for room makeup, only one restaurant, their entrance is from a road which is so busy it can take 15 minutes just to enter the premises, their room service is just terrible 'very rude and full of sarcasm', lastly a day early before checkout I get a call to please checkout early. I have stayed at Marriott Islamabad and they are way better than this. Food quality and room comfort was excellent but executive lounge should be better. When it comes to executive lounge PC hotel and Movenpick is way better.

A pleasant surprise, excellent service, pretty good rooms + exec floor for Karachi hotels. ....First time i stayed there..rightfully they advertise as 4 star and they are better than Hashwani's other hotel PC and increasingly shabby Movenpic. Unfortunately this Marriot Bonvoy benefits only start at Gold. Annoying old video in lifts. Thanks

Hotel has very good security. Staffs are really nice and attentive. Rooms are okay, but needs further cleaning as some areas are a little dusty. Food in dumpkht is great, especially the curries. Lounge serves limited food but is spacious and quiet. Wifi is bad and slow most of the time..

Reception staff too busy with their heads too far up their's. Room service that takes an eternity and following up multiple times to go through.
