After getting off a long flight from the US, Tarun provided some welcome comfort. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. He provided complimentary drinks and extra coffee/tea and breakfast snacks. Free parking was a big plus. We are hoping other accommodations throughout the rest of our Aussie holiday will be as nice.

Would not recommend staying here. Customer service was terrible, after finding out an excessive bond amount of $300 was required to stay, for a room worth $100 a night and there was no leniency re cash for just a couple staying 1 night.
Lady checking me in was rude, asked for my card and license to photocopy and went to charge my card without asking me or telling me what I was being charged for! Terrible customer service! Room was also dirty in the bathroom and kitchen utensils...

Great service from the manager Tarun and staff. Great location. Secure. The Room we stayed in is very clean and has everything. Close to Fitzroy st and the beach is not far. Keep up the good work. We'll stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Cheers Neil & Michelle.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in melb .
Brand new, awesome service And the best location ever!
The trees down this street are so beautiful!
King, the manager is the most amazing guy, always so friendly and Accommodating. Lena the owner is friendly and very fussy, which I like , she runs a tight ship and it shows in the attention to detail.
Spotless!

Great place to stay, on a quiet, leafy street but close to shops, including a supermarket, and a tram stop more or less outside the door to take you into the city. Lovely, friendly staff. A light breakfast included in our price and there were full kitchen facilities in our 1 bedroom apartment. Short walk to St Kilda Beach and waterfront eateries, Acland St shops, Luna Park, St Kilda Market.

First class service, second to none. Great apartment, clean and fresh, plenty of basic supplies. But the service at arrival, whilst staying there and on departure was so awesome, everyone couldn t do enough for us, we usually stay right in the city, but will be staying here all the time, it s close to everything and only takes a few minutes to drive anywhere or catch public transport.

Well I have previously written a review about this hotel which was mainly positive.
This review is unfortunately more negative.
10 days has past since we stayed and I am yet to get my $300 security deposit back. It has sat as a pending transaction for 9 days until today where the transaction has disappeared and the money not back on my credit card.
Today was the 2nd call to the hotel chasing this up and each time I have been asked to wait and give more time. I asked then to find out what has happened to it but they were very reluctant to help. The customer service I have received today was appalling and unfortunately had to raise my voice to get the customer service representative to agree to chase this up. I can not understand how it takes this long to get a security deposit back.
I have been told it is the bank holding on to the funds but I am skeptical now.
If you plan on staying use cash as the security deposit as they have to give it back upon check out.

To Adrian, the man who greeted us on our arrival. Absolute gentlemen and went above and beyond to help my family out of the predicament that we found ourself in. Thank you very much my friend you rescued our family holiday. Quality rooms as well.

Quiet location, free car park, clean rooms and good equipment. The manager provides an excellent customer service and the cleaners do a great job. Complementary coffee pods and something to nibble are definitely a plus.

The room is very stylish looking and their free food and drinks provided to our room was very generous in terms of servings. Basically, there is not much need to go out looking for breakfast with their complimentary food. It is also walkable (15 mins) to St Kilda Pier Penguin Colony.

Wonderful experience. Only place I have been to where the welcome drinks are alcoholic and on a trolley. Staff and management were fantastic. The rooms were well appointed, clean and close to the tram.

The biggest challenges were the offsite checkin. Difficult to locate and to park.as one side of the road is a clearway during peak. We arrived at the apartments at 6pm in the dark there was no exterior lights on and . No lit up signage so it was hard to locate. The apartments are like an old school motel. Our apartment was on the first floor. It felt unsafe climbing up and down stairs in the dark. The lighting eventually came on around 7.30 pm. We had a second car and found street parking difficult. The apartment itself was clean

Very nice place to stay, will definitely be back next time i visit Melbourne. Any reviews complaining about the bond etc should have read their emails, it was plain as day ( not in the fine print).

I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at Crest on Park Apartments. I really enjoyed the daily in room coffee, orange juice and cereal. The rooms are renovated and I had room 4626 with a large window overlooking the street. It's basically a renovated motel but it's done very well. Has free gated parking. Very secure. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I had a few issues with the cleaning staff the first few days which was corrected immediately once I emailed the Manager.

They charged a $300 bond upon arrival which was in the fine print after booking. Then because I arrived back late at night and my wife was asleep I had to walk 50 minutes (round trip) at 11:30pm to go and collect the key from Crest's other St Kilda premises. When I got there I had to convince the staff that I should be allowed to stay as my wife has already checked in. Despite the fact that I produced identification that confirmed the booking was in my name. What a nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Some may find the room a bit too small for 4 stars, but for me other things have much more priority than this minor aspect. The room as well as the bathroom were very clean and the whole decor was new or very well maintained. I could park directly on the hotel ground, by the way protected by a fence. Important and worth mentioning: the receptionists. They were also very attentive and helpful.

Thank you, for the wonderful time.

Nice, small, European style studio apartment. OK neighborhood but close to waterfront and St. Kilda activities. Great tram access to everything. Several close by places for great coffee / breakfast. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping service just OK, but management response after hours was exceptional.

Small room but that's par for the course in a large City. The room was updated and very well laid out considering the small size. There isn't much parking space and on street parking is a bear so if you don't get a space that's a problem. The staff was nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely return.

So impressed with this apartment-style accommodation, particularly after coming from a 4-star hotel in Melbourne that was very disappointing. King and his staff tend to your every need. The rooms are exceptionally clean, beds are super comfy, tea/coffee facilities are spot on, and there's even some breakfast goodies in the fridge. Best of all - no sounds could be heard through the adjoining walls! Just a 5 minute walk to shops, cafes/restaurants, trams, beach and pier. Highly recommended for any travellers wanting to stop in St Kilda.
