Management and HR needs to improve more. No proper training and overload of work. The exit process is a joke, very disorganized.

Saving the company is a different story.

CWT Philippines - One of the worst company to work with. No value for your work nor your words.
They don't create a lively environment to work.
They are currently using Indians as a waste paper.
They don't have a proper leadership quality at all.
They fire contractors at their will and give the most silly reasons. They don't maintain proper documentation in the projects and they expect contractors to know everything and at the same time, even their permanent employee don't know the full business process.
It's a modern slavery.
Some team leaders & managers are A**holes.
Only one good thing is we can learn new technologies but that alone doesn't qualify to be a good company to work

You can learn technologies but beware not be as contractor especially from Collabera. Because they fire with silly and useless reasons. No proper process. Not worth working here as one of the worst people I have come across. None of CWT so called leads are fit to be in their respective positions.
Almost 15 Indian resources have suffered because of CWT incapability and irresponsible.
You don't find any growth. They are biased towards localaites. No options for contractors to grow.
Sincere request never ever try to join this company as a contractor.

Great for people with passion and willing to grow technically, definitely not a place for slackers.

WARNING !! Worst place to work as a contractor. Especially never get recruited from India, it's a trap. They will Fire you at a ease. Many suffered and spoiled there carreers.
