It's a 3 star hotel that costs more. Staff is very nice and friendly but the rooms are small and the bathroom does not correspond to the brand of the hotel nor the price.

Very successful hotel! Location, interior and service - I liked everything. And infrastructure is generally a class. SchA number above the 8th floor was asked to pay, but on the 8th floor the view is even better and the cathedral is more beautiful.

Looks great both from the inside and outside, really the best place where you can stay in Riga, but also on the expensive side. Within a hands reach away from an Old City and all other tourist attractions

In my opinion, I think the newer rooms in the low rise at the back of the hotel are better than the so-called 'upgrade' rooms in the front tower. The furnishings in the older room may be more traditional looking but the room was way too small for so many table and chairs. Consequently it was actually less comfortable and crowded.

The newer rooms cost less and perhaps more sparsely furnished in modern style but it makes the room more spacious and open.

Air conditioning did not work.

Temperament security key for elevator and room access. Mugs rather than cups for tea in room would be nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Elaborate breakfast.

A visit to the sky bar is highly recommended for a great view of Riga. The bar itself has a huge variety of drinks available at a hotel price. Lovely to sip on your favourite drop and take in the view.

Super located house with very friendly staff. The rooms are totally fine and well equipped. You have a great view over the city. The breakfast is very good and you get freshly prepared eggs. All around great house.

No parking spaces available. Through the door openings a corridor is visible, the shower room is in great demand of repair. Pleasant staff, convenient location, cozy lounge. The Old Town is a 20-minute walk away.

We went for a drink at the roof top, the view is great but the price is quite expensive and the welcome cold. I will not go back.

Nice hotel, with strange rules. Not all visitors have access to a swimming pool, maybe for an additional charge. And the price tag wah, in Vienna for such a price are the terms. And there is no champagne for breakfast, as in Radisson in Vilnius

Totally ok service, the rooms were a bit worn, especially the bathroom and the door frames. Disappointed by the selection at the breakfast buffet, since it is such a large hotel.The beds were good and the cleaning was ok.There is also refurbishment at the main entrance.

The personal is very kind and helpfull. The wellnes part is amazing really modern and good atmosphere. My only problem was with the rooms they were not my taste i dont really like the old fashion.
