Worst company ever to deal with, make you feel like you are important, But all the want is a signed contract and your money.. then if you use your insurance company they call them the day they pass inspection and ask them where is the check... Filed a mechanic's Lien 4 day after inspection and we haven't received check from insurance company yet.. won't return phone call and don't fix things that they broke. Stay away from this Company.....

Carlson Enterprises delivered us excellent service for roof re-installation. Old house owner assured me he had repaired its roof. I love this place to I didn't really check in detailed if roof is good or not. On the other year in monsoon season, many shingles got broken and I needed to re-roof. I couldn't afford for new roof. Carlson provided me 100% financing on re-roofing. Carlson enterprises is a best roofing contractor Jacksonville FL based.

They have stolen approx $9k from my elderly mother who was trying to fix her roof poat hurricane. She was patient and understood that they had a long wait time due to amount of homes needing fixed. She over paid her deductible portion, then waited two months and they needed insurance portion to pull her permit in December... so $9k in and then radio silence. She gave them check on 12 /14. They cashed on 12/15. Then nothing and no response to any of her voice mails, certified letters, or her attorney. Deputies just left her house and a detective is now involved. Stay away from these criminals who steal thousands from hard working, honest Floridians.

I had a tree fall on my house during Hurricane Irma. I thought there was no damage, and the water intrusion was backflow from the debris on the roof. Removed the debris, and water was still coming in during the next rain by the bucket. I called Dan Christ on a Saturday, and he offered to come out and tarp it or patch it the very next day until a more permanent solution could be scheduled. Great guy.

Run! Not sure how businesses like this stay open. I hope they will turn things around or close.

Carlson, start caring about people. Go back to all those who you did wrong, apologize, and do something nice and unexpected for them. Don t demonize people you did wrong. Acknowledge your wrong doing, tell us what you re doing to turn things around and then ask people for an opportunity to show you ve fixed your business.

So far they re great at getting us to sign a contract and get our insurance money in December 2107. Told them that they were busy and we wouldn t have our roof done til February 2018. Understandable with the storms. Have not been able to get ANYONE to return calls or emails since. Still waiting but feeling like we may have lost our insurance money??? Hope I m wrong.

I had a small roof repair job needed. I requested and received a quote which I agreed to. Never heard from their sales person again. A month later, I had a call from their HQ to see if my roof still need to be repaired. I said it did and was told they would get someone to take care of it. A week later I was told they had no one to take care of this for me. I will need a full roof replacement in the next year or two and Carlson Enterprises will NOT be a company I will call. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!

This company is very shady. Our roof, shed and fenced sustained damage from the hurricane that hit on October 7th. They never provided me a written estimate, even though I had requested one on numerous occasions. They provided one to my insurance company back in November. I called several times, sent faxes and text messages asking when the job would be started and requested a written estimate, so that I would know what I would owe at the end of the job, since my insurance company sent the money to me and not to their company. The money given to me was for all of the damage sustained by the hurricane, not just the roof. We hired Carlson Enterprises to replace our roof only. My husband fixed our shed and replaced our entire fence with our own money. The cost of that was over $4,000 of our own money. Every time I would get in contact with the sales representative trying to get an invoice or estimate, he kept on telling me that we had to pay them our full deductible of $4,800. In February he told me that we cut them a check for $4,800 to show the insurance company we paid our deductible and then Carlson would immediately cut us a $4,800 check back. I was finally faxed over an invoice on 4/6/17, which is dated 11/17/16, which totals just under $20,000 (which is not itemized and includes a line item: deductible - $4,800). Note, the invoice includes costs takes from my insurance carrier's initial estimate I provided to them, prior to them ever starting the work. I have had to get an attorney involved to assist me in dealing with this company. I would advise anyone reading this to steer clear of this company. They prefer to deal directly with the insurance carrier so they can get as much money as possible, and leave the customer out in the dark. All I can say is they are extremely shady. Run!!!

Highly unprofessional. Scheduled a date with Anthony in Sales to come to look at my roof and give me an estimate for repair. My husband took time out to be there and the company did a NO SHOW. Ruin our day and plans and never called or answered phone. Our time is important. I will never work with this company and will never forget how we were treated.

We had a roof put on, by Carlson Enterprises, and felt it was a total family experience from the get go. Our salesman (Brian) contacted us by cold calling. He was very professional. We were so in need of a new roof. Brian came in, and we talked a while, and he then showed us many types of coverings for our roof. We quickly decided on a covering, and a price, which was a lot less than we had anticipated.It was a week later that we had our new roof. The installers were very nice, and did a great job in covering our property, so we didn't get any nails in our tires, or feet.
Brian was in touch almost daily, to inform us of what was happening. We nearly adopted him as family, because that was the way he treated us. Even after the roof was installed, he followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your next roof.
