Carls Furniture Review

You get what you pay for. There is some good stuff. Stay away from extended warranty we have been trying for 4 months to get our couches looked at and no one will return our calls or emails. I called to cancel the latest warranty we purchased and they said no.

New couch and rug purchased today with the help of Mark. Experience was easy with friendly atmosphere and quick delivery set up. Can t wait to receive our new furniture. Definitely will be back. Thanks again Mark!

Why pay extra for a warranty if it takes forever to get anyplace every coming back

Larry was very upbeat and helpful... went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices, Mark was swift and efficient with our application and made sure it worked on our schedule!!! Mike was also extremely helpful with completing our orders and getting everything all set to be delivered!!! Great guys!!!

While browsing recliners, a sale person approached us and guided us to the recliners we were looking for, no pressure. Later as we had narrowed our search and had a few questions the same salesman was knowledgeable about the products and helped us arrive to our decision. We arrived looking for 1 recliner and ended up purchasing 2. Also, they were accomodating with multiple payment options. Thanks Carl's.

I can only hope the furniture is as good as the service. The manager Mike I think is his name took time to go to warehouse for me so I wouldn t have to make a special trip back down. Awesome guy. Review on furniture will come to the following months.

I purchased a bedroom set here for my son a few months ago and came back today for a new sectional! Ended up leaving with a new kitchen table in addition. Staff is great, but Antoine took especially good care of us! Couldn t be happier!

The guys at Carl's were extremely helpful and patient. I had the pleasure to work with several including Larry, Mark, and Antoine and they were there to help and answer any questions I had. I bought a recliner I was very happy with and came back the same week to get the sofa as well...very positive experience all the way around.
