I had problems with their security guards coming to site on time or at all. I then have problems trying to get through to their help desk to find out where there guards are.

Carlisle is very good company professional staff and management also very good and I really love this company .

8.40am the gentleman cleaning Rayleigh Train Station toilets refused to let me use the toilets after I drove 1h40min ! He said ,,drivers are using the toilets like animals! "
Shame CARLISLE if you are accepting this behaviour !
Thank again to that gentleman (human being) !
12.30 toilets are open !
He only wants to dry the floor !!!

Extremely rude staff, when I actually spoke to them on the phone, after trying to get through to them all day.

Carlisle are cleaning all the train stations in East Anglia. they are very terrible and rude people. The bosses in Luton, the Indian nasty Sasha, the Polish Eva etc. They love wrongdoing and crook guys, they reward them . Very obscure and horrible company.

Wouldn't recommend then. They claim to pay weekly, yet it's taken them 14 days to pay me for a shift I did 2 weeks ago.

This company is absolutely amazing, management are so supportive.
I have worked within the security industry for many years and this is definitely the only company I would recommend to anyone who is looking for employment and any businesses wanting decent security officers looking after their property.

Terribly organised company. Phones are never manned, took me 4 days to get a hold of someone where I was transferred to a rude employee who was not bothered to help me. I was told I would be payed 6 days after my shift and it has now been over 2 weeks and I m still unpaid.

I come in to contact with Carlisle security officers daily and I can safety say, they are rude, unprofessional and not helpful in anyway.

I have only been working for Carlisle a month now but this company is great. They have wonderful staff that are so helpful especially Leonie who is an excellent point of call, she has been very helpful with all my enquiries and i recommend she is given a management role in the future. I'm a student that lives where Carlisle are the security. They are lazy, unhelpful, rude the list goes on.

This a very corrupt company. HR are not there to help. They are there to defend the company regardless of if you are being wronged/bullied/threatened by staff and they are witnessing it.
Management from certain departments will have meetings with you alone, where they will bully and swear at you.
If you report this to Paul Evans(Director), because they may be senior to yourself, it will conclude with insufficient evidence and make you look like a liar.
Please do not apply for a job with this company. You will definitely regret it. I am glad that i have finally left.

I feel completely let down by Carlisle Support Services. I have worked at the Siemens site for 10year..and I've been sent off site just because I asked someone what they were being payed. I was told I was mentally unstable by someone with only first aid training and he then went on to attack me personally. .he then went on to lie to Lawrence Collins by saying I was talking about suicide..sending someone off site for that is something you don't do...I feel all this has come about because of a phone call I had from a Alison Roberts about cash for sexual favours which she has now gone on to tell others about ..up until this incident I had only had 1day off sick in 8years now I feel my job is at risk because of this woman's control over this person. .and Carlisles failure to look deeper into how there contract is being run..

At blackburn train station. Racist augmentative staff. There staff dont know the meaning of customer service. If you want to loose customers hire Carlisle support services.

Rang to inform them of a location where their security wasn t present and ended up being spoken to by the rudest telephone handler EVER!! When I challenged his phone manner he accused me of being racist and then refused to give me his first name for me to make a complaint. What an appalling company

I haven t seen in my entire life a worst security company like this one.Absolut terrible.Stay away by these.

I work as a security guard for Carlisle. I have never worked for a more professional company as this. The clients welfare is of upmost importance and nothing is to much trouble. All guards must have a clean dbs check every 3 years and a thorough back ground check before being employed, so you know your getting a s.i.a approved officer when hiring carlisle security.

I worked as a security officer in Heysham Docks. In 2018 I was diagnosed with cancer and the supervisor told I was no good to them so go look for another job. Whilst off in 2019 having treatment the supervisor rang my home and told me he was getting someone else to do my job. On both occasions I reported it to the management and on both occasions nothing was done even though I gave them evidence. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone working them they have no idea how to look after their staff.

I contacted several recruitment agencies as I needed to find a new role. Not a single agency comes close to Carlisle Support Services.

Ellie was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was always available to call or email and answered any questions I had.
