I would like to address Chris with her negative review. First I would like to know why you waited 13 years to post a review? I really do not think that a 13 year old review is worth looking at. The only reason I looked at it because you posted it 04/18??? However I do believe everyone is entitled to there opinion. I have been with Dr. Ferraro since 06 and everyone is entitled to have a bad day. But, I have never found him to be disrespectful to anyone or discriminate against older women working in the work place. I am in my 50's and like I said I have been with him since 06. We have people complimenting this office daily. Our staff is pleasant, and doctor and CRNP are wonderful. I have referred many patients to this doctor's office and I certainly would not if I felt he was not a great physician/surgeon. I do believe you stated you were temporary so you were not a part of the original staff. (You were temporary)makes me wonder why you worked for temp agency? Any way back to the issue at hand. Some of the original staff are still employed at this office. He does a lot for his staff that he does not need to do and does just as much for the patients that need his assistance. Dr. Ferraro has a kind heart! I sincerely hope that the review you posted earned you the points you were looking for... Otherwise its just garbage. I know have to question all the reviews I read on google.....

The office staff were very nice and helpful and Lisa the Audiologist went above and beyond the call of duty in helping my Mother have the best hearing aids. She was exceptional!

First time seeing an ENT and the staff was great from the welcome desk, medical assistant , audiologist , and dr. I was in and out within 45 minutes and the dr explained everything to me so that I understood. Great service !

Dr Fararro is a very personable and compassionate doctor. I am appreciative of his willingness to reach out when necessary to solve problems.

4/2018~~ In 2005, I worked a temporary job at this office. I had been in healthcare for almost 40 years and was a Respiratory Therapist at Harrisburg Hospital and also a Paralegal. This was a part-time front desk position. The office staff was nice and fun to work with. Granted the office had not been open very long. I did interview with Dr Ferraro but did not get a full-time position a few months earlier. However, I did have an interview thru Carlisle Hospital later and they hired me to work at Dr. Ferraro's office. He was very nice to his patients but degraded his staff to know end calling them stupid, inept and often had temper tantrums. We were all females and I think it was an ego trip for this so-called doctor. One day during the lunch hour we were all standing around talking and Dr F mentioned he liked his staff 'young, no one over 35.' And he was not joking. The girls did not know what to say and there I was in my mid-50s. I was embarrassed and felt terrible, so did the other staff. I really should have walked out and complained to Carlisle Hospital. I would have taken the job full-time b/c of the other girls but Dr F wanted someone younger. His original staff did not stay long. They took me out for dinner and drinks and we had a good time bashing this idiot. I hope he has changed and is more respectful of his staff. I never in 40+ years of healthcare worked for such an ungrateful physician who constantly disparaged his staff.
